TÍTULO: El cuerpo de la memoria
En el marco del programa europeo “islotes en red” (Culture programme
2007-13) organizado por teatro de lo inestable (VLC), Presentamos una
actividad de formación en creación e investigación a través del ciclo de
talleres y seminarios: Cuerpo, Imagen e identidad, dirigido por Carolina
Boluda (Cetae) y coordinado por Maribel Bayona.
Dirigen los diferentes talleres y seminarios: Paz Rojo (Madrid), Idoia
Zabaleta (País Vasco), Antonio Tagliarini (Roma), Filipa Francisco
(Lisboa) y Carolina Boluda (Valencia)

Horario: 10 a 15 horas. Curso de un total de 20 horas.

Workshop condotto da Antonio Tagliarini
Il corpo è la superficie sulla quale si registrano gli avvenimenti, e’ il custode
delle esperienze, e’ un volume in continua disintegrazione e costruzione.
Scompariremo, perche’ niente dura. E questo corpo, lui che e’ sempre stato
buono con noi, lui che e’ stato con noi ad ogni secondo, lui che sa tutto, lui
ricorda anche se noi abbiamo dimenticato.
Questo workshop pratico e’ un primo passo di avvicinamento al concetto di reenactment, di esperienza e memoria, sia personale che collettiva. Si concentra
sulle strategie di ri-creazione. il punto di partenza sara’ l’analisi di un “oggetto”
gia’ esistente ( che sia un opera artistica che un video su youtube) per
sperimentare concretamente strategie di ri-creazione.

Una entrevista imaginaria entre un imaginario yo mismo (A) y un entrevistador duro
(Q):
Q: ¿Usted nunca deja de buscar, no? , ¿Por qué?
A: Yo no soy nunca suficiente, nunca tengo bastante. Sí, nunca es bastante
Q: Pero ¿quién es usted?
A: ¿Quién soy yo?, ¡difícil pregunta !
Yo soy todo, soy mis vaqueros, los libros que leo, la moto que conduzco, la cama en la
que duermo, la comida que como, la música que escucho, mis padres, el corte de pelo
que elijo, mis amigos, mi amor, mis zapatos, la camiseta que llevo ahora, mi trabajo y
más y más , sí, yo soy todas esas cosas.
Q: Si usted es todas esas cosas, entonces usted no es nada, usted es solo un
contenedor de cosas…Nada original.
A: (Silencio, estupefacto, vacío) ¡nada original, sí!
Q: una especie de vida patchwork.
A: una especie de vida patchwork…oh, ¡esto no es malo!
There is a strange fight, a strong fight, a contradiction between the necessity to define
oneself, to identify oneself, to built oneself and the difficulty to recognize oneself.
I live the uncertainty: the uncertainty of my body, of my presence, the uncertainty to be
in this world, the uncertainty of all that encircles me.
I am to the side of myself and therefore I become the object of my art, of my search.
In my performances often audience laugh a lot but I never think of that as a goal, as an
objective. I work on the ridiculous more like the exposition of intimacy, of what we
never want to be known. I often start from something tragic, hard, banal and for a
strange alchemy the lightness becomes an essential element of my work.
I try to create a space of condivision/sharing: subtle, instable.
I try to put on crises all the certainty and the expectations.
I try to open a fragile, not comfortable, unknown space.
As an artist and a creator I always make myself some questions: How to speak of the
contemporary? How to speak to the contemporary? This is an important question: the
language is put on discussion: the ‘how” becomes contents.
If I speak of contemporary there are its own issues but also the language supports this
issue.
If the instability, the impossibility and the uncertainty are some of the contemporary
issues that
I try to touch in my work also the language has to contains this split of the meaning.
The language becomes content.
In theater I like to show the fiction, to reflect on the concept of representation.
Everything is at the same time fake and real. And maybe, only showing the fiction,
today, is possible to reach,
to move who is in front of me, the audience.
PAST
My first art education was contemporary dance (my first great love!). Then, that it
wasn’t enough: I started to study drama, acting, theater. performance, visual art. I
started my career as interpreter. Then it wasn’t enough: I started to research and
create my own work. And fornow I’m still involve in this research!
PRESENT, FUTURE.
I’m an artist who likes to research and work alone but in the same time who likes to
open himself to co-creation and artistic collaboration with others artists.
After I had created three solos and some performance, in 2008 I did two co-creations,
one with Daria Deflorian and the other one with Ambra Senatore.
This is an important step of my work, my next future projects are co-creations, one,
again with Daria Deflorian, one with Idoia Zapaleta, an artist from Basque County, and
another with Miguel Pereira.
To work with and direct a group of performers is on my mind for a medium future.

Fernando Pessoa nel “livro do desassossego”, il libro dell’inquetudine, si osserva in
una fotografia di gruppo, tutti in posa nell’ufficio dove da anni lavora: osserva le
immagini dei colleghi: tutti sono esattamente ciò che sono, ne riconosce le
caratteristiche somatiche e non solo, da quella immagine riesce a cogliere l’essenza di
ciascuno di loro; solo lui stesso è tradito al proprio sguardo, solo lui stesso non
riconosce l’immagine di se stesso: “ho patito la verità di vedermi lì, chi sono io per
essere così…”
Io, la mia identità, una debole soggettività.
Vivo l’incertezza: l’incertezza del mio corpo, della mia presenza, del mio stare in queso
mondo, l’incertezza di tutto ciò che mi circonda.
Non ho fondato una compagnia, non ho un gruppo, no. Sono un artista che ama
lavorare in solitudine ma che spesso si apre all’incontro per collaborazioni, incursioni,
viaggi artistici.

Massimiliano Civica, Miguel Pereira, , Raffaella Giordano, Fabrizio Arcuri, Daria
Deflorian, Ambra Senatore,
B.T.Jones, Marco Baliani, Giorgio Rossi.
Il mio primo solo, la prima opera creata in completa autonomia risale al 2002 con

In the "livro do desassossego" (“the book of the unquietness”), Fernando Pessoa
observes himself in a photography of group, all in pose in the office where he works
from many years. Fernando Pessoa observes the images of the colleagues: they are
exactly what they are, he recognizes the somatic characteristics and the essence of
everyone; only himself is betrayed to his own eyes, he does not recognize the
image of himself, the essence of himself: "I have suffered the truth to see me
there, in that photo; who am I?"
