da pranzo che può ospitare 6 persone e una credenza che contiene tutte le stoviglie, oltre a due
comodi divani, TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD e un sacco di libri e DVD, in italiano e in
inglese ad uso degli ospiti.C'è anche una stufa a pellet per riscaldamento.La cucina è dotata di
un forno elettrico, piano cottura a gas, lavastoviglie full size, lavello e frigorifero di grandi
dimensioni. La finestra si affaccia sul retro della proprietà. Un bagno è dotato di doccia, wc,

straordinariamente ampio ed è decorato con gusto. C'è un doppio con specchio e luce sopra,
una grande cabina doccia con piccola cassettiera, WC e bidet.Le camere sono due matrimoniali
e una singola. L’area esterna vanta veranda con vista sulla piscina, con posti a sedere per 6
persone. C'è anche un lavandino e un barbecue in muratura.La piscina misura 10m x 5m e si
accede da scala romana, o tramite una scala piscina nella parte profonda. Circondata da sedie
a sdraio sufficienti per 6 persone, è lo spazio ideale per godersi il sole o, se si preferisce, si può
sonnecchiare su una delle amache in zona prato accanto alla piscina, sotto l'ombra degli alberi.
Sulla veranda c’è anche la doccia piscina.Inoltre c’è una grande area circolare detta “pozzo del
fuoco”, un orto con verdure fresche, un parcheggio coperto sufficiente per 2 auto, con un
ulteriore spazio a disposizione sul vialetto, oltre alle tante aree pavimentate o di ghiaia che
portano nel terreno, il quale misura 23.000 mq ed è completamente recintato. Qui ci sono
antichi alberi di ulivo e ciliegio, albicocco, mandorlo, fico, melograno, noci e fichi d'india. Di notte
la struttura è ben illuminata, anche con alcune affascinante illuminazione tra gli alberi e
cespugli.
