Farcita con bucce d’arancia candite e glassa di mandorle
Prodotto artigianale da forno a lievitazione naturale.
Ingredienti: Farina di grano tenero tipo 00, burro fresco (12,85%), tuorli
d’uova freschi pastorizzate (9,70%), acqua, zucchero, lievito naturale
(glutine), miele di acacia italiano, sale marino, latte in polvere, malto d’orzo,
bacche di vaniglia in polvere delle Isole Bourbon e Tahiti.
Farcitura: cubetti d’arancia candita (Ingredienti: cubetti d’arancia,
zucchero bianco, glucosio, acqua) (23,10 %), pasta di arancia (1,9%).
Glassa: Zucchero, mandorle italiane (1,4%), albume, mandorle amare,
farina di grano tenero tipo 00, farina di mais, amido di mais, granella di
zucchero e mandorle intere.
Allergeni: può contenere tracce di arachidi, frutta a guscio, lupini, soia
e sesamo. Contiene glutine, latte , mandorle, orzo e uova .
Gli ingredienti evidenziati possono provocare reazioni in persone
allergiche o intolleranti.
Non contiene ingredienti geneticamente modificati.
Modalità di conservazione: conservare in luogo fresco ed asciutto.
Evitare di conservare il prodotto ad una temperatura superiore a 20°C.

Ingredients: Wheat flour 00, fresh butter (12,85%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks
(9,70%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt,
milk powder, barley malt, Bourbon Island and Tahiti vanilla beans.
Stuffed with: candied orange cubes (Ingredients: orange cubes, white
sugar, glucose, water) (23,10%), orange paste (1,9%).
Glaze: Sugar, Italian almonds (1,4%), egg white, bitter almonds, wheat
flour 00, cornmeal, meal starch, grain of sugar and whole almonds.
Allergens: it may contain traces of peanuts, shell nuts, lupins, soy and
sesame. It contains gluten, milk, almonds, barley and eggs.
The underlined ingredients can cause reactions in people who are allergic
or intolerant.
It contains no OGM ingredients.
Storage conditions: keep in a cool dry place
Do not store above 20°C.
