L’obiettivo di ELEMENTY è quello di soddisfare al massimo i propri clienti,
rendendo possibile la personalizzazione di ogni bagno uniformando il
rivestimento delle pareti, dei lavandini e dei piatti doccia attraverso l’uso di
componenti rifiniti completamente a mano in microtopping©.
I nostri prodotti, di alto design, riproducono fedelmente le texture del
cemento e delle sue lavorazioni in diverse finiture, a cui si aggiungono le
texture personalizzate.
E’ necessario il coordinamento di numerose tecnologie per ottenere un
risultato dall’estetica sofisticata e dall’effetto manuale.

personalization of any bathroom by softening the wall coverings, wash basin
and shower trays through the use of microtopping© finished components
completely by hand.
Our products of high design, faithfully reproduce the texture of the concrete
and its processing in different finishes, in addition to the custom textures.

INTERNO DOCCIA
ELEMENTY offre la linea di pannelli per il rivestimento delle pareti
dell’interno doccia della stessa finitura e colore del piatto doccia o del
lavandino richiesto. Di grandi dimensioni, resistenti ma leggere, planari
ma flessibili, sono semplici da tagliare, forare e posare. Grazie al ridotto
spessore (solo 4 mm), i pannelli ELEMENTY sono l’ideale per rinnovare
senza demolire, con grande risparmio di tempo e di denaro.
Possono essere fornite già tagliate nelle misure desiderate al fine di
facilitarne il montaggio in modo che l’installatore ottenga i migliori risultati
sia a livello estetico che funzionale.

offers the cladding panels for shower of the same finish and colour of the
shower tray required.
Large, strong but lightweight, planar but flexible are easy to cut, drill
and pose. Thanks to the low thickness (only 4 mm), the classing panels
ELEMENTY are perfect to renovate without demolishing, savings time and
money.
The classing panels for shower are supplied already cut into the right
measures in order to facilitate the assembly so that the installer will get the
best results in features and functionality.

LA TECNOLOGIA PUMT

THE PUMT TECHNOLOGY
for shower trays
Per la realizzazione dei piatti doccia è stata sviluppata la tecnologia a
sandwich PUMT. Tale tecnologia si articola in più livelli: una struttura di
base, un rivestimento superficiale e una finitura superficiale.
For the production of shower trays the PUMT sandwich technology was
created. This technology consists of multiple layers: basic structure,
surface coating and surface finish.
The basic structure is a shell made of a compact micro cellular polymer
for reaction moulding and injection (Baydur of Bayer). Thanks to its
compact outer skin-cell nucleus-and short demolding cycles, this material
allows the creation of articles with reduced thickness but with high stiffness
and mechanical strength. For the production are used aluminium moulds
that allow an ecological processing without the use of release agents. The
raw material is mixed with flame-retardant to meet safety requirements.
The surface coating is made in microtopping of Idealwork, a composite
material consisting of a liquid polymer and a particular concrete mix which
is manually applied in various steps. This mixture contains no solvents
harmful to health, it does not emit toxic substances and has a low
environmental impact due to its water-based formulation.
The surface finish made with a special high-performance polyurethane
mixture allows the closing of micro-pores of cement making everything
waterproof and durable.
Compatibility between structure and coating allows considerable
adhesion between the parties. The shower tray made with PUMT
technology is resistant to impact, abrasion, compression and is waterproof
and UV-resistant.
La struttura di base è una scocca realizzata in un tecnopolimero
microcellulare compatto per stampaggio a reazione e iniezione (Baydur
di Bayer). Grazie alla sua struttura - pelle esterna compatta con nucleo
cellulare - e ai brevi cicli di sformatura questo materiale permette la
realizzazione di articoli con spessori ridotti ma dotati di elevata rigidità e
resistenza meccanica. Per la produzione si utilizzano stampi di alluminio
che consentono una lavorazione ecologica senza impiego di distaccanti.
Il materiale di base è additivato con ignifughi per soddisfare i requisiti di
estinguenza.
Il rivestimento superficiale è fatto in microtopping di Idelwork, un
materiale compostito composto da un polimero liquido e da una particolare
miscela cementizia applicata a mano in più fasi. Tale miscela non contiene
solventi nocivi per la salute, non emette sostanze tossiche e ha un basso
impatto ambientale per via della sua formulazione a base di acqua.
La finitura superficiale è realizzata con una speciale miscela
poliuretanica ad alte prestazioni che permette la chiusura dei micro-pori del
cemento rendendo il tutto impermeabile e duraturo.
La compatibilità tra i polimeri della struttura e del rivestimento permette
una notevole adesione tra le parti. Il piatto doccia realizzato con tecnologia
PUMT risulta resistente agli urti, all’abrasione, alla compressione,
impermeabile e resiste ai raggi UV.

resistenti e di ottima qualità, Il processo produttivo utilizzato permette il
riciclo del materiale in eccesso riducendo l’impatto ambientale.

RETURNS: Returns must be agreed with ELEMENTY SRLS and all returns
must be correctly packed.
SPECIAL ARTICLES (NON-STANDARD): The products with different
measurements and /features to those found specified in this price list will be
permitted at the discretion of ELEMENTY SRLS
PRODUCT FEATURES AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION: All the technical
information which appears in this price list is intended as a guide.
DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCES: Due to the materials used, and the
manufacturing process used for all our products, these can have a tolerance
of +/- 1% with regard to the requested dimensions.
PACKAGING: All our products are delivered duly packed. The price of the
packaging is included in the price list and any unusual packaging which could
possibly be required will only be billed at cost price.
TRANSPORT: The prices indicated in this price list include the transport in
ITALY ITALIA excluding the Islands of Sardinia and Sicily and the smaller
islands, and Calabria. For amounts less than Euro 250.00 will be charged the
transport costs.
DISPATCH DATE: Indicative delivery time, is shown in the order confirmation. In
no way can the delivery time be considered an absolute deadline. ELEMENTY
SRLS undertakes to reduce the waiting time to a minimum. No compensation
for damage will be acknowledged or interests for possible delays.
INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY: It is very important that both the installation
and the assembly of ELEMENTY SRLS products be performed by qualified
staff and according to the instructions supplied with each of the articles.
BANK TRANSFERS AND PAYMENTS: By agreement, the payments can
be made in cash or by cheque or transfer. Payment default, even if just the
one installment, will entitle ELEMENTY SRLS to suspend the deliveries of the
other pending orders.
PAYMENT: the invoices will be paid in 30 days from invoice date.

ACCETTAZIONE DEGLI ORDINI E PAGAMENTI: Previo accordo, i
pagamenti possono essere effettuati in contanti o mediante assegno o bonifico.
Il mancato pagamento, anche di una sola scadenza, dà il diritto a ELEMENTY
SRLS di sospendere la consegna del resto degli ordini aperti.
PAGAMENTO: le fatture devono essere pagate a 30 giorni dalla data della
fattura se non diversamente pattuito.
GARANZIA: Vedi il capitolo CONDIZIONI GENERALI DELLA GARANZIA.
LITI/CONTROVERSIE: ELEMENTY SRLS si impegna a risolvere in via
amichevole le eventuali divergenze che possono manifestarsi con i nostri clienti.
Il contratto di vendita tra il Cliente e ELEMENTY SRLS si intende concluso in
Italia ed è regolato dalla Legge Italiana. Per la soluzione di controversie civili e
penali la competenza territoriale è quella del Foro di VENEZIA.

GENERAL TERMS FOR WARRANTY
Con il presente documento, ELEMENTY SRLS concede una garanzia commerciale sui prodotti che commercializza, in accordo con le condizioni riportate di
seguito:
1. L’ampiezza e l’estensione della presente garanzia commerciale è determinata
dalla riparazione, dal costo dei pezzi di ricambio e se necessario, dalla
sostituzione del prodotto coperta dalla garanzia stessa all’interno del
territorio dell’Unione Europea. Le vendite effettuate al di fuori dell’Unione
Europea non rientrano nell’ambito di applicazione di questa garanzia se non
espressamente autorizzato da ELEMENTY SRLS
2. La riparazione o sostituzione gratuita di pezzi difettosi deve essere realizzata
da personale autorizzato da ELEMENTY SRLS. In questo caso, ELEMENTY
SRLS risponderà delle difettosità che hanno portato alla riparazione o alla
sostituzione nei 6 mesi successivi alla riparazione o sostituzione.
3. La presente garanzia commerciale ha una durata di 2 anni a decorrere dalla
data della fattura, dello scontrino d’acquisto o, ove del caso, della bolla di
consegna se la data di quest’ultima è successiva a quella dei documenti
precedenti.
4. In deroga al paragrafo precedente, il periodo della garanzia commerciale
per tutti i prodotti che sono stati esposti nei locali del VENDITORE è di 1
anno fatto salvo il periodo di garanzia legale concesso dal VENDITORE.
Il detentore di questa garanzia commerciale deve attestarne la validità
mediante la fattura d’acquisto dell’articolo.
5. ELEMENTY SRLS garantisce i suoi prodotti e i relativi componenti contro
qualsiasi difetto di conformità a condizione che i prodotti stessi siano stati
oggetto di una corretta installazione (secondo le normative vigenti e le
istruzioni indicate per il montaggio, manutenzione e conservazione), se ne
sia stato fatto un uso corretto e allo scopo per cui sono stati concepiti.
6. Il consumatore per ottenere la garanzia commerciale dovrà esibire la fattura o
lo scontrino d’acquisto del prodotto.
7. Gli articoli usurabili (griglie copripiletta, guarnizioni, tenute, ecc.) non sono
coperti da questa garanzia.
8. Dalla presente garanzia commerciale sono esclusi:
a. I danni derivanti dal trasporto, se questo non è stato realizzato da
ELEMENTY SRLS
b. I danni derivanti dall’errata posa in opera, da manomissioni o riparazioni
effettuate da personale non autorizzato da ELEMENTY SRLS nonché i
danni dovuti a normale usura, trascuratezza, uso e manutenzione errati,
impropri, anomali o diversi da quelli consueti e/o da quanto indicato nelle
relative istruzioni.
c. I danni causati da sporcizia, incrostazioni, calcinazione o altri difetti fisici,

5. ELEMENTY SRLS guarantees its products and components against any
conformity flaw, provided that they have been correctly installed (in
compliance with the standard in force and the instructions indicated for their
assembly, maintenance and conservation) and that they have been used
correctly and as their design intended.
6. The consumer to get the warranty must exhibit the invoice or receipt of
purchase for the product.
7. Consumable articles (bulbs, fluorescent tubes, halogen lights, rubber elements,
gaskets, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.
8. The following are excluded from this general warranty:
a. Damage resulting from transport, if not carried out by ELEMENTY SRLS
b. Damage resulting from incorrect installation, handling or repairs performed
by staff not authorised by ELEMENTY SRLS S.L., as well as damage
due to natural wear, poor treatment, and use and maintenance which
is incorrect, unsuitable, abnormal or different from usual and/or to that
indicated in the relevant instructions.
c. Damage caused by dirt, deposits, calcination or other physical, chemical
or electro-mechanical defects.
d. Damage which cannot be impartially attributed to the manufacturer.
e. Prior to completing the floor tiling and fitting any other element on the

conformità, secondo quando stabilito dalla Direttiva 1999/44/CE del 25
maggio del 1999 , il consumatore deve informare il VENDITORE di tale difetto
di conformità entro due mesi dal momento in cui ne è venuto a conoscenza.
Inoltre, al fine di esercitare i diritti di sostituzione del prodotto, riduzione
del prezzo o, ove del caso, risoluzione del contratto di compravendita, il
consumatore deve rivolgersi al VENDITORE del prodotto.
10. La presente garanzia non esclude i diritti legali del consumatore o le
disposizioni della Direttiva 1999/44/CE del 25 maggio del 1999 e delle
rispettive legislazioni nazionali di recepimento della garanzia stessa.

ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO PANNELLI PER RIVESTIMENTO
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CLADDING PANELS
I pannelli di ELEMENTY di soli 4 mm, sono realizzati con un pannello sandwich
composto da due lamiere in lega di alluminio e da un nucleo interno in polietilene
nero. Sono ricoperti con un rivestimento polimerico cementizio dal lato in vista.
Sono facili da tagliare e da forare.
Una volta TAGLIATi O forati bisogna SIGILLARE bene la parte
rimasta in vista.
The ELEMENTY panels (just 4 mm), are composed of two sheets of aluminium
alloy and an inner core of polyethylene and covered by hand with concrete on
the view side.
They are easy to cut and drill.
When you cut or drill it, you must apply silicone in the part
remained in sight.

Fase 1 : Cospargere con il collante il retro del pannello eventualmente già forato
per i fori della rubinetteria come in figura. Per una miglior uniformità di stesura
utilizzare una spatola rigata per cospargere bene il collante . Applicare sul muro il
pannello e fare pressione fino a che il pannello non è perfettamente in piano.
Il collante effetto ventosa ed a rapida presa permetterà al pannello di stare in
posizione già dopo alcuni minuti. Proseguire nella stessa maniera anche per gli
eventuali altri pannelli.

Fase 2 : Accostare un pannello ad un’altro:
1) Cospargere con il collante il retro del pannello eventualmente già forato per i
fori della rubinetteria come per gli altri pannelli. Posizionare il tirante sotto la
parete già montata e applicate sul muro il nuovo pannello.
2) Inserite velocemente la manopola fino a contatto con la parete senza avvitare.
Un click arma il filetto.
3 ) Livellare i pannelli con una rotazione di pochi gradi, che permette di ottenere
il perfetto allineamento della superficie.
4) Rimuovere il sistema di livellamento a collante asciutto con una mazzuola in
gomma agendo sul tappo nello stesso verso della fuga. Il distacco spezza lo
stelo filettato alla base senza lasciare residui.

ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO PER LAVANDINI SOSPESI PER BAGNO
FISSAGGIO DEL LAVANDINO
1. Fissare le staffe (A) alla parete e verificare che siano perfettamente in piano
tra loro (a bolla).
2. Siliconare (B) il lato del lavandino a contatto con il muro.
3. Appoggiare quindi il lavandino (C) sulle staffe.
4. Controllare che il piano sia installato correttamente, poi fissarlo con viti (E).
5. Installare quindi scarichi e rubinetti.

TAGLIO E RICHIESTE SPECIALI
CUTTING AND SPECIAL REQUESTS
I piatti e i pannelli per doccia possono essere tagliati in lunghezza e larghezza
o si possono persino realizzare smussature o incavature a colonna per adattare
al massimo il piatto allo spazio disponibile, conferendo al bagno un tocco
distintivo. I prodotti ELEMENTY possono essere facilmente adattati sul posto per
coprire le necessità specifiche che possono insorgere durante un’installazione.
Per effettuare il taglio non servono attrezzi speciali, BASTA UN SEMPLICE
SEGHETTO O SEGA ALTERNATIVA. In questo caso si rende necessario il KIT
DI RIPARAZIONE per riportare la parte tagliata alle caratteristiche di protezione
originali. I tagli dovranno essere necessariamente sui lati che successivamente
andranno sovrapposti alla parete in quanto la parte tagliata sarà priva della
finitura cementizia.
Tutti i prodotti di ELEMENTY possono essere inoltre forniti già adattati su misura.
In questo caso la parte tagliata sarà ricoperta con il materiale di copertura e non
si vedranno differenze. Questa caratteristica conferisce al prodotto una proprietà
in più cercando di soddisfare al massimo le esigenze dei clienti.
Per il supplemento taglio prodotto su misura vedere il listino. Si addebiterà il
costo del pezzo da modificare più il sovrapprezzo per la modifica, ovvero il pezzo
dalle misure superiori a quelle desiderate e che permette di ottenere il pezzo con
la forma e le dimensioni richieste.
Si consiglia di realizzare i tagli sui lati nei quali poi non verrà montato il boxdoccia al fine di non perdere la planarità della superficie e creare problemi di
compatibilità.
Al momento di realizzare l’ordine di un piatto adattato, è necessario tenere in
considerazione quanto segue:
- Disegnare uno schizzo quotato e dettagliato prendendo a modello il piatto
di serie, facendo molta attenzione a specificare bene eventuali smussature,
colonne o altre forme che gli fanno perdere la condizione di parallelogramma.
- Le quote avranno una tolleranza di ± 2 mm
The shower trays and panels can be cut to length and width or even with bevels
or gaps in columns to adapt the tray as far as possible to the available
space thus enhancing the bathroom with a unique appeal. ELEMENTY products
can easily be adapted on-site to cover the specific needs that may arise during
an installation. To perform the cut, there is no need for special tools - a SAW
is sufficient.
In this case you need the REPAIR KIT to restore the cut side to the original
safety features. The cuts will be on the sides that will be stacked against the wall
because the cut will be devoid of cement finish.
All ELEMENTY products, can be supplied cut to measure. In this case the cut

Per il taglio dei pannelli si consiglia di usare:
A - SEGA CIRCOLARE: con lame circolari con riporto a carburo metallico (CM) a
denti trapezoidali/piatti, con smussatura a 45° per filo di taglio senza sbavatura
B -SEGHETTO ALTERNATIVO: con lama a denti rettificati, linea di taglio diritta.
Con dorso rettificato a cono, per tagli fini e puliti in legno e materie plastiche (ES
BOSH p. e. T 101 B, T 234 X spessore denti 2,5 mm).
For the cutting panels is recommended:
A CIRCULAR SAW : with metallic carbide tipped circular saw blades (CM)
trapezoidal/plans toothed, with bevel at 45° for cutting without flaw
B-JIGSAW: with blade with ground teeth, cutting line straight. For fine cuts and

PULIZIA
CLEANING
Per la pulizia di routine (dopo la doccia) basta risciacquare e ventilare
adeguatamente il bagno. Per una pulizia in profondità, sciacquare con acqua
e sapone e pulire con una spugna non abrasiva. Evitare l’uso di prodotti di
pulizia e disinfettanti contenenti solventi o acidi. Evitare inoltre i prodotti abrasivi
(spugnette, panni, ecc.).
Per verificare i prodotti che possono danneggiare il rivestimento in cemento fare
riferimento al capitolo CARATTERISTICHE DEL PRODOTTO.
For routine cleaning (after showering) simply rinse with water and ensure that

In all cases, avoid the use of cleaning or disinfecting products which contain

Il profilo viene fornito in barre da 2,70 metri che devono essere tagliate per posizionare la
parte sporgente all’altezza desiderata e utilizzando il profilo tagliato nella parte superiore a
completamento della finitura.
Il profilo viene fornito con piastre di fissaggio in metallo che devono essere fissate al muro, prima
dell’installazione delle piastrelle, con appositi tasselli.

APPENDO, a product that perfectly represents the “design + function” concept, a vertical
decorative listello working as an integrated hanger.
The profile is available in bars of 2.70 meters that need to be cut to place the protruding part to the
desired height . You will then use the remaining piece in the upper part to complete the pattern.
The profile is supplied with fixing metal that must be fastened to the wall before installation of the
tiles, with special dowels.
