IMPIANTI AUTOMATICI PER PUNTI DI CARICO E SCARICO A
MAGAZZINO
Linee di carico e/o scarico fisse, con o senza sottotelaio, per posa
a terra o su piani di ribalta, a rulli e catene, da installare all’interno
di aree di spedizione e ricevimento merci.
Abbinate ad automezzi dotati di sistema ROLLERKIT, consentono di
velocizzare la movimentazione di pallet, presso siti produttivi o
magazzini.
Nella parte anteriore l’impianto è dotato di mensola d’attracco, per
l’allineamento ed il livellamento dell’ automezzo.
Un portale di controllo sagoma, a pareti girevoli e traslanti di ± 70
mm., allinea e compatta i pallet, durante la fase di carico, mentre
viene escluso durante lo scarico.
Tutte le linee Moveco, possono essere meccanicamente ed
elettricamente collegate a sistemi automatici di trasporto interno

SFERE o a RULLI, bilance e tavole con sollevamento, permettono di
ottimizzare le fasi di spedizione e di ricevimento.

Some low-version docks
DOCK AUTOMATION SYSTEMS
Fixed load and/or unload lines, with or without underframe, for the
laying of loads on the ground or on dock platforms, provided with
rollers and chains, to be installed in goods handling areas.
If coupled with a ROLLERKIT system, they allow to speed up the
handling of pallets both in production plants and in warehouses.
The front of the system is provided with a docking bracket for the
lining up and the levelling of the vehicle.
A loading gauge with turning walls, moving by ± 70 mm, lines up and
compacts the pallets during their loading and is excluded during the
unloading.
All of the fixed systems by Moveco can be mechanically and electrically
connected with automatic internal transpor t systems.

AIR-CARGO PALLET HANDLING SYSTEMS
These solutions allow an easy and smooth handling of AIR CARGO
PALLETS.
Custom-made systems allow to perform any preparation, loading and
unloading operation of pallets by vehicles equipped with ROLLERTRACK.
A series of combinations of BALLS or ROLLERS supporting and sliding
devices, balances and lift tables, optimize the operation of shipping
and receiving of goods.

DOCK-ANLAGE-FÖRDERSYSTEME
Stationäre Lade- und Abladelinien, mit oder ohne Untergestell zum
Setzen von Ladungen auf den Boden oder auf Ladebühnen. Sie sind
mit Rollen und Ketten zur Installation in Warenversand und -Empfang
versehen.
Wenn sie mit einem ROLLERKIT-System angewandt werden, ermöglichen
sie ein schnelleres Handling der Paletten sowohl in Produktionsbetrieben
als auch in Lagern.
Die Vorderseite des Systems ist mit einer Andockkonsole zur
Ausfluchtung und Nivellierung des Fahrzeuges versehen.
Ein Fahrzeugprofil mit drehenden ± 70 mm fahrbaren Wänden fluchtet
die Ladung beim Verladen und wird beim Abladen ausgeschlossen.
Alle stationäre Moveco-Systeme können mechanisch und elektrisch
mit automatischen Innentransportsystemen angeschlossen werden.

Employés avec des véhicules équipés avec le système ROLLERKIT,
ils permettent d’accélérer la manutention des palettes dans les centres
de production ou dans les magasins.
La partie antérieure du système est pourvue d’une console pour
l’alignement et le nivelage du véhicule.
Un gabarit de chargement aux parois tournantes et ayant une course
de ± 70 mm., aligne et compacte les palettes, tandis qu’il est exclus
pendant les opérations de déchargement.
Toutes les lignes de Moveco peuvent être connectées mécaniquement
et électriquement aux systèmes automatiques de transport intérieur.
