DESCRIZIONE
Centrale di deodorizzazione e filtrazione di sostanze organiche e chimiche composta da un ventilatore centrifugo
cassonato a doppia aspirazione a trasmissione, filtro cella
metallica, filtro a tasca e filtro a carbone attivo.

–pannellatura sandwich spessore 23 mm – 48 mm
COSTRUZIONE
Il cassone è composto da una struttura di profili estrusi di
alluminio ossidato P30 o P40 e angoli in nylon caricato con
fibra di vetro. Pannelli in lamiera zincata 8/10 o 10/10, con
coibentazione interna fonoassorbente autoestinguente
spessore 10 mm. Porta di ispezione con serratura apribile
solo con utensili.
Coibentazione
–bugnato spessore 23 mm
–bugnato con lamina di piombo spessore 25 mm
VENTILATORE
Il ventilatore centrifugo a doppia aspirazione è costruito
con robuste lamiere zincate a caldo. La ventola del tipo a
pale rivolte in avanti, è bilanciata staticamente e dinamicamente.
MOTORE
Il motore elettrico del tipo UNEL/MEC B3, asincrono
400/3/50IP 55, è collegato con la girante tramite cinghie
trapezoidali. Il gruppo ventilante composto da ventilatore
e motore è fissato su ammortizzatori in gomma, e tra la
struttura e la bocca del ventilatore è interposta una guarnizione antivibrante di 10 mm, al fine di evitare la trasmissione di vibrazioni.
RUMOROSITÀ
Valore di livello sonoro misurato in campo libero ad una distanza di 1,5 mt.

CENTRALI A CARBONE ATTIVO
Le centrali a carbone attivo vengono impiegate nella deodorizzazione degli ambienti come grandi cucine e uffici affollati.
Sono, inoltre, utilizzate nella purificazione di gas tossici e nella separazione di gas. Per carbone attivo si intende un tipo
di carbone che, con particolari tecniche, viene attivato. Con l’attivazione viene conferita al carbone una grande porosità
che permette di elevare la superficie interna e di conseguenza il suo potere di ritenzione. Riportiamo alcune sostenze in
base al valore di ritenzione:
• Forte Ritenzione
Canfora, Benzina, Naftalina, Alcool etilico, Nicotina, Cloroformio, Ozono
• Media Ritenzione
Acetone, Cloro, Gas tossici, Solventi, Anidride solforica
• Poco Adsorbite
Idrogeno, metano
• Non Adsorbibili
Ammoniaca, Gas solforosi
AKTIVKOHLEFILTERANLAGEN
Die Aktivkohlefilteranlagen werden zur Geruchsbeseitigung zum Beispiel bei Größküchen oder Großraumbüros verwendet.
Sie werden außerdem in der Reinigung der Giftgase und in der Gasabscheidung verwendet. Der verwendete Kohletyp ist
durch die große Aufnahmefläche imstande verschiedenste Stoffe aus der Luft zu entziehen. Hier einige Beispiele:
• Großer Abscheidegrad
Kampfer, Benzin, Naphthalin, Äthylalkohol, Nikotin, Chloroform, Ozon
• Mittelerer Abscheidegrad
Aceton, Chlor, Giftgase, Lösungsmittel, Schwefelsäureanhydrid
• Kleiner Abscheidegrad
Ammoniak, schweflige Gase
• Keine Abscheidung
Wasserstoff, Methan
CARBON ACTIVE UNITS
Carbon active units are used for deodorizing enviroments as professional cooking system and crowded officies. They are,
also, used for purification of tossic gases and in gas separation. As active carbon we mean a carbon which with particular
techniques has been activated. Activation gives the carbon a great porosity which allows to raise the interior surface and
consequently its retention force. We point out some substances on the basis of their retention value:
• Great Retention
Camphor, Gasoline, Naphtaline, Ethyl alcohol, Nicotine, Chloroform, Ozone
• Medium Retention
Acetone, Chlorine, Tossic gases, Solvents, Sulphurineanhydride
• Little Adsorbed
Ammonia, Sulphorous gases
• No Adsorbed
Hydrogen, Methane
