Nash Advisory, our recent successes
In the first 18 months of activity, Nash Advisory has successfully worked in lots of project supporting Italian
entrepreneurs in the international development of their companies, both through M&A transactions, interim
management projects, and operating in bankruptcy filings.
The trust granted by our clients, lead us to increase our team, today composed by 6 professionals.
We present here below the transactions closed in these first months of activity and the team that guided
them.
TRANSACTIONS CLOSED IN 2012
JOINT VENTURE IN SPAIN
Viasat group strenghten its presence in Spain thanks to Viasat ST,
the new distribution company in the Iberic peninsula incorporated as
a Joint Venture in partnership with GPS and Mobility Trade SL
(Spain).
Nash Advisory assisted Viasat Group during the incorporation
phases and for the development of commercial and technical
partners.
BANKRUPTCY FILINGS
The bankruptcy filings - following Italian Bankruptcy Law: Article 67,
Article 182bis, Concordato preventivo, etc.- made by Fe.Be. S.r.l. has
been accepted and approved by the Court of Turin.
Nash Advisory assisted the company in the preparatory phases of
the filings: financial plan, application procedures, negotiation with
creditors, etc.

BANKRUPTCY FILINGS
The bankruptcy filings - following Italian Bankruptcy Law: Article 67,
Article 182bis, Concordato preventivo, etc.- made by Co.Im.Pre. has
been accepted and approved by the Court of Turin.
Nash Advisory assisted the company in the preparatory phases of
the filings: financial plan, application procedures, negotiation with
creditors, etc.
JOINT VENTURE IN CHINA
Rototech, an Italian industrial group incorporated a JV with Quingdao
Guaranteed Auto Parts (China), leader in the moulding industry. The
JV will produce components for the heavy motion industry in
the Qingdao
Region(China).
Nash Advisory assisted Rototech during the incorporation phases.
Total investment was € 2M with the support of Simest (an Italian
institutional investor).
TRANSACTIONS COLSED IN 2011
JOINT VENTURE IN RUSSIA
Rototech, an Italian industrial group incorporated a JV with Centre
Capital - a financial partner active in theTatarstan Region (Russia).
Nash Advisory assisted Rototech during the incorporation phases of
the JV and the development of a manufacturing facility for the
production of heavy motion components for Kamaz in Tatarstan
(Russia).

MANAGEMENT BUY-OUT (MBO)
The Management has acquired the control of 51% ofInterlem (Italy)
shares capital from the company Visiant(Italy).
Nash Advisory advised the management team during the negotiation
phases of the MBO and in the relations with financing banks.
OUR TEAM
GIOVANNI PANIGADA
Founder
Chartered Accountant since 2004, graduated in Economics in 1999 (Università
degli Studi di Pavia), after an experience in London and Milan as a tax consultant
and auditor, Giovanni worked for ten years as project manager in M&A
International. He was in charge of the generation and execution of a number of
M&A deals both national and cross-border (India, Belgium, Germany, Spain,
Russia, Denmark, USA, Israel, France, UK, Switzerland and Bulgaria). Giovanni is
founder and managing director of Nash Advisory.
MARCO PETRONE
Founder
From 1996 to 2010 Marco has been an operating manager at Viasat Group, the
last four years as Head of Corporate Development and executive Member of the
Board of Directors. Since 2006 Marco is Member of the Board and Member of the
Investment Committee of Pegaso Investimenti, an investment company with,
among others, Unicredit and Fondazione CRT as shareholders. Marco has a
degree in law (Università degli Studi di Torino) and a Master in business strategy
(Università L. Bocconi, Milano). Marco is founder and managing director of Nash
Advisory.
DANIELE ROSA
Founder
After working in the “Industry and Economic Research Department” of CNR,
Daniele has a long experience as member of execution teams for M&A crossborder transactions. Daniele has a degree in Economics (Università degli studi di
Torino) and a MSc. in International Economics (Università di Roma Tor Vergata).
Daniele is founder and managing director of Nash Advisory.

GIORGIO RAMOTTI
Associate
Graduated cum laude in Business Administration (Università degli Studi di Torino),
Giorgio holds a degree in Business Management (Cairnes Business School,
Ireland). Before joining nash Advisory he gained experience in M&A and Corporate
Finance in the team of M&A International Inc.
STEFANO RICHAUD
Analyst
Stefano has had a pluriannual experience in RetR Renovation, a French Company
operating in Real Estate. He has a degree in Economics (Università degli Studi di
Torino) and he is attending the Corporate Finance and Financial Markets Class.
GIULIA ANDREOLI
Office assistant and administration
Graduated in International Studies (Università degli Studi di Torino), Giulia
supports the business development, particularly implementing strategies for
external growth.
