Comment les groupes coopératifs créent-ils de la valeur non financière à l’occasion des transactions
sociales qu’ils engagent et des opérations immobilières qui les mobilisent ? Quelles sont les différentes
composantes de cette valeur non financière ? Peut-on parler de non-valeur à propos de la
valeur non financière? Qu’est-ce que la « Banque du temps » ? Peut-on inventer, puis légitimer un
hybride comptable qui permette de passer de la notion strictement comptable de
« financements » (actif/passif) à celle de « ressource », dans le montage des opérations de
logements abordables ? Quelle place et quel rôle pour la finance éthique dans ces montages ? On
sera plus particulièrement attentif ici aux règles développées par les Community Land Trusts (« dual
ownership » et « fair resale formula »).
Worshop 1/ financial value, non-financial value, non-value ? How do we include the
contribution of the cooperative economy in the affordable housing sector?
How do the cooperative groups create some not financial value on the opportunity of the social
transactions and deals) which they hire and which mobilize them? What are the various components
of this not financial value? Can we speak about unproductiveness about the not financial value? What
the " Bank of time "? Can we invent, then legitimize an accounting hybrid which allows to pass of the
normative financial accounting and narrow notion of "financing", instead of the "resource"? What
place and which role for the ethical finance ? We shall be more particularly attentive here to rules
developed by the CLT: " « dual ownership » et « fair resale formula »

Valore finanziario, valore non finanziario, non Valore ? Come comprendere l'economia
nel settore alloggi a prezzi accessibili?
Come gruppi cooperativi creare valore non finanziarie in occasione di transazioni sociali che si
impegnano e operazioni immobiliari, che mobilitarli? Quali sono i diversi componenti di questo valore
non finanziario? Possiamo parlare di scrittura circa il valore non-finanziario? Che cosa è il "time Bank"?
Possiamo inventare e legittimare un ibrido di contabilità che permette al concetto strettamente
contabili di ' funding»(actif/passif) a quella di 'risorsa' nel montaggio le operazioni di alloggi a prezzi
accessibili? Quale posto e ruolo per la finanza etica in questi apparecchi? Sarà più attenzione qui alle
regole sviluppato dalla Community Land Trust Saremo particolarmente attenti alle regole sviluppate da
CLT: « dual ownership » et « fair sale formula »

Face aux logiques de domination dont ils sont victimes, selon quels procédés, modes de faire,
stratégies, les groupes coopératifs mobilisés parviennent-ils à déplacer les frontières du
droit existantes ? Comment opère le retour « mainstream » des coopératives d’habitants dans la ville
contemporaine ? Quelles ressources (recherche d’alliances et de soutien au sein de la société civile,
travail de lobbying auprès des autorités locales..) les habitants coopérateurs sont-ils en mesure de
mobiliser ? Au final, peut-on considérer que les valeurs et pratiques coopératives mobilisées
parviennent à une inversion des logiques de domination (financières, sociétales..) qui étaient
précédemment et initialement à l’œuvre?

In front of logics of domination of which they are victims, according to what processes, modes to
make, strategies, the mobilized cooperative groups do they succeed in moving the borders of law for
diversify the affordable housing offer ? How operates the return " mainstream " of inhabitants'
cooperatives in the contemporary city? What resources, research for alliances, advocacy coalitions and
for support within the civil society, the work of lobbying with local authorities the inhabitants are coworkers and able of mobilizing? In the end, can we consider that the values and the mobilized
cooperative practices reach an inversion of the logics of domination (financial, societal), which were
previously and initially in the work?

Face per le logiche di dominio che sono vittime, secondo la quale i processi, metodi do, strategie,
gruppi cooperativi mobilizzati riescono a spostare i confini del diritto per aumentare la produzione de
case populare ? Come il mainstream habitanti cooperative torna nella città contemporanea? Quali
risorse (ricerca alleanze e sostegno della società civile, attività di lobbying delle autorità locale…)
cooperativi residenti sono in grado di mobilitare? Alla fine, possiamo considerare che i valori e le prassi
cooperative mobilitate raggiungano un'inversione delle logiche della dominazione (finanziario, sociale,
ecc.) che erano in precedenza e originariamente al lavoro?

Peut-on repérer au sein même des groupes coopératifs, des pratiques effectives qui seraient en
capacité de renouveler les règles de la démocratie sociale, au sein même des villes
contemporaines ? Les pratiques internes des groupes coopératifs se résument-ils à l’application du
dicton « premier arrivé, premier servi …» ou à l’inverse les processus de décision internes renvoient-ils
à des principes d’action équitables pour tous ? On sera particulièrement attentif ici à la règle de la
« Tri-partite governance », mise en application au sein des CLT.
Workshop 3
Inhabitants' cooperatives, what revival for the social democracy? Can we locate within the
cooperative groups, the effective practices which would be in capacity to renew the rules of the local
and social democracy, within the contemporary cities? The internal practices of the cooperative groups
do they amount with care of the saying "first come, first served" or on the contrary, the internal
processes of decision dismiss to fair principles of share for all? We shall be particularly attentive here
to the rule of " Tripartite governance ", applied within the CLT.

Cooperative di abitanti, quali rinnovamento per la democrazia? Possiamo identificare all'interno di
gruppi cooperativi, le pratiche effettive che sarebbero in grado di rinnovare le regole della democrazia
soziale e locale, all'interno delle città contemporanea? Le pratiche interne dei gruppi cooperativi
riguardano l'applicazione del detto "primo arrivato, primo servito... ' o al contrario il processo
decisionale interno fare riferimento a principi di azione per tutti? Ci sarà particolare attenzione qui alla
regola del "governo tripartito", attuato nell'ambito del CLT.

A travers des cas d’études précis, choisis à la fois au sein de coopératives européennes (nord et sud)
et américaines (Nord et sud) on reviendra sur la naissance, les modes de faire, les spécificités, les
luttes et les principes d’action à l’œuvre dans les différents montages et les dispositifs opératoires mis
en application au sein des organisations coopératives.

Inhabitants' cooperatives, are stories and singular assemblies. Through precise study case,
chosen at the same time within European cooperatives ( North and South) and Americans (North and
South) we shall return on the birth, the fashions to make, specificities and principles of action to the
work in the various assemblies and the operating devices inside the cooperative organisations.

cooperative Europa (Nord e sud) e americano (Nord e sud) torneremo sulla nascita, le lotte, modelli,
genere e i principi di azione a lavorano in diverse strutture e dispositivi di azionamento.

luchas…)
En cada mesa redonda, habrá una mezcla de cooperativas nortes / meridionales, americanas y
europeas; Asi, podremos reflexionar sobre las cuestiones que nos interesan, e inscribirte en las mesas
redondas y discutir con los otros amigos.
