Short summary of the Guidelines to Summer Services 2015
This leaflet summarizes “The Locations for City Summer Camps and Countryside Summer Camps”
for children and boys/girls 6 - 14 years old by providing essential indication for service voucher
application useful for the enrolment to the Summer Camps..
The Summer Services Guidelines “Summer Locations” and the relative announcement are published
on the website www.comune.parma.it – servizi educativi - servizi per la scuola – servizi del comune – servizi
estivi.
CITY AND COUNTRYSIDE SUMMER CAMPS
The Summer Camps accredited by the Municipality of Parma ensure a rich and varied range of
activities and types of services. The Camps are organized on weekly or semimonthly shifts, one
whole day or part-time to best meet the different organizational needs of the family.

The interested families can enroll their children unreservedly to one or more Camps by applying to
the secretariats of the Summer Camps starting from May 4th, 2015. Applying however to the
Municipality of Parma, they can present application requests for electronic service vouchers that
allow accessible facilities at the time of enrolment.
APPLICATION for SERVICE VOUCHER
The families living in Parma that meet the requirements provided by the specific “Announcement for
the Application of Summer Camps Service Vouchers” can apply for the Service Vouchers.
When to apply for the Service Vouchers
From April 2nd to April 27th, 2015 using the application form downloadable from the Municipality
of Parma website: www.comune.parma.it - servizi educativi - servizi per la scuola – servizi del comune – servizi
estivi.
Where to apply for the Service Vouchers
Applying to the poly-functional counters of the Municipality of Parma - at DUC – Largo Torello de
Strada, 11/a (from Monday to Friday from 8.15 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.and on Saturday from 8.15 a.m. to
1,30 p.m.)
Or filling in the on-line application through the website www.servizi.comune.parma.it accessing to
the “Servizi Educativi” page. The on-line services of the Municipality can be used following a
credential authentication (user name and password) FEDERA. For more details visit the website
www.servizi.comune.parma.it in the “Richieste di nome utente e password” section.

How to apply for the Service Vouchers NEWS

It is necessary to produce the ISEE Certificate issued in 2015 included between a
minimum of € 0,00 and a maximum of € 30.000,00;
Subordinately, if the impossibility to produce the ISEE Certificate 2015 occurs, it
will be possible to present an ISEE Certificate, that is current at the date of
application presentation and included between a minimum of € 0,00 and a
maximum of € 30.000,00, and at the same time the receipt attesting the presentation
of the DSU (Dicharazione Sostitutiva Unica) in order to calculate the ISEE 2015. If
the parent can produce the ISEE Certificate 2015 within the announcement expiry terms,
he will be able to add it to the application form already presented.
The families that meet the provided requirements can request a maximum of 4 Service Vouchers for
the enrolment to the Summer Camps applying to the poly-functional counters at the Municipality
of Parma - at DUC – Largo Torello de Strada, 11/a using the specific application form.

Allow a reduction on the registration costs to the Summer Camps based on the ISEE value of the
family unit as follows:

How to know if the requested Vouchers for the Summer Camps registration have been
granted
The ranking will be published in time necessary for the use of the service vouchers at the opening of
the enrollment to the accredited Summer Camps (from May 4th, 2015). It can be checked using the
application number on the website of the Municipality of Parma www.comune.parma.it or calling the
Contact Center at 052140521.
For more specific and detailed information:
An orientation service/telephone consultation that operates in different languages
(Arabic, French, English, Moldavian, Russian, Albanian, Chinese) is useful to understand
the registration process of the children and boys/girls to the Summer Camps proposed for the
Summer 2015 by the Municipality of Parma.
From April 8th to April 27th, 2015 by contacting the Sportelloscuola (telephone number 0521
784459) on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10,00 a.m. to 1,00 p.m.; on Monday and
Wednesday afternoons from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. it will be possible to set an appointment with
information services also in other languages.
