Regolamento per l` utilizzo della Ramada Swimming Pool

Si invitano i Signori clienti al rispetto delle seguenti regole:
• E’ consentito l’accesso ai soli clienti dell’Hotel
• E’ possibile accedere alla piscina solo ed esclusivamente nei seguenti orari: 08:30 - 20:30
• E’ vietato l’accesso ai minori di 12 anni se non accompagnati da persone maggiorenni che se ne assumano
la responsabilità
• Per i bambini di età inferiore ai tre anni, nonché agli utenti fisiologicamente incontinenti, è obbligatorio l’uso di
costumi contenitivi
• E’ vietato l’ingresso in vasca alle persone che presentino ferite, abrasioni, lesioni o alterazioni cutanee di
sospetta natura infetta (verruche, dermatiti, micosi ecc.)
• E’ vietato tuffarsi e correre sul piano vasca
• E’ vietato l’accesso alla piscina di qualsiasi animale
• E’ vietato fumare, consumare cibi e bevande di qualsiasi tipo sul piano vasca o all’interno della piscina
• E’ vietato: giocare a palla, schiamazzare, spingere altre persone, tuffarsi, compiere qualsiasi atto che possa
arrecare disturbo agli altri clienti
• E’ vietato l’uso di pinne, palette, materassini e qualsiasi altro oggetto che possa arrecare danno a se stessi o
alle altre persone o che ingombri lo spazio in acqua
• E vietato gettare in acqua oggetti di qualsiasi tipo
• E’ vietato l’uso di creme solari e oli per capelli prima dell’ingresso in piscina
• L’accesso alla piscina è consentito solo tramite previo passaggio obbligato alla vaschetta lava piedi e
alla doccia
• E’ fatto divieto di balneazione in particolari condizioni atmosferiche (temporali) e di entrare in piscina in
condizioni psicofisiche alterate
• A norma di legge è proibita la doccia e il bagno senza costume
• La Direzione declina ogni responsabilità per furti o smarrimenti di oggetti di valore lasciati incustoditi
all’interno della struttura e per eventuali incidenti provocati dai clienti a loro stessi o a terzi per inosservanza delle
suddette norme
• Coloro che contravverranno al presente regolamento e alle norme di igiene pubblica potranno essere
allontanate dalla piscina
Guests are kindly invited to respect the following rules:
• The swimming pool is for use by hotel guests only
• The area is open daily 08:30 a.m.- 8:30 p.m.
• Swimming pool use by children under twelve years old without adult supervision is prohibited
• Children under 3 years old as users physiologically incontinent must wear a sanitary napkin appropriate for
entry into the pool
• It is forbidden the entrance in the pool to people with wounds, injuries or infecting skin alterations
(warts, dermatitis, fungus...)
• Running in and around the swimming pool area and diving are prohibited
• Animals are not allowed to get into the swimming pool
• Do not smoke, eat or drink by the pool
• Do not use fins and masks or introduce floating objects, play with balls or tubes, etc
• Games or activities which are dangerous or cause a disturbance to other bathers are prohibited
• It is forbidden to throw into the swimming pool any object or organic residue which may spoil the water
• It is forbidden the use of sunscreen and hair oils before entering the pool
• It is forbidden the entrance in extreme weather conditions (storms) and to people with an altered
psycho-physic state
• All guests of the pool are requested to wear the bathing suit
• It is mandatory to take a shower and wash the feet before entering the swimming pool
• The hotel management reserves the right to prohibit the entrance and withdraw the concession to the people
disturbing other guests, the order and the service performance
• The hotel management denies any liability for thefts and losses of valuables which have been left unattended
within the area or for possible accidents provoked by customers to themselves or third parties for
non-observance of the above-mentioned rules
