IRIS PRO is a very high speed data acquisition UT system, designed to be employed with any IRIS (Internal Rotary
Inspection System) mechanics. The high end performance UT board used ensures top quality measurement and perfect
adaptation to any IRIS probe. The software has been designed in order to satisfy the requirements raised from a pool of
IRIS inspection field engineers. Simplicity, reliability and top end performances makes it a perfect field inspection tool.
Being battery operated (optional) IRIS PRO allows unique flexibility in on site operation. The operating, reporting and
data archiving software may be customized upon specific request.

The setup procedure is very straightforward. All the necessary parameters to be set are displayed on only one page.
The double A-Scan representation allows to properly set all the parameters in few clicks. The function of sum A-Scan on
the wider area allows fast and reliable identification of pin, inner surface and outer surface echoes identification.

Inspection and analysis layout
The Side View (B-Scan) can be presented in black (just profile) or colored with the same palette logics of the C-Scan. The
C-Scan and the B-Scan are displayed in real time at the same rotation rate of the turbine. The high performance
real-time analysis UT board and the optimized software allow ultra fast rotation speed of the turbine ( > 50 rounds per
second) still ensuring 360 measurements per rotation.
All main controls: Main Gain, Pin Gain, Range, Nominal Tube Diameter, Minimum Thickness, Peak/Flank Measurement…
are accessible on-the-fly even during scanning.
The surpassing automatic files organization allows hassle-free archiving and dramatically enhances field operations.
The free-licenced IRIS-VIEWER software allows off-line analysis of data and final report generation.
The GUI can be adapted to specific needs (optional)
