PRIVACY POLICY
This document is designed to describe the site with respect to the processing of users’ personal data.
This notice is provided pursuant to section. 13 of Legislative Decree no. N. 196/2003 - Concerning the
protection of personal data for those who connect to corporate web services.
The information is based on Directive 2009/136 / EC, which introduced new rules on cookies and
Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted by the European authorities for the protection of personal data
in order to identify several minimum requisites for the collection of personal data online, and, in
particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users
when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.
1. OWNER OF DATA PROCESSING
The website may process data on persons identified or identifiable. Owner of this data is Dellera Srl

2. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The data related to the services of the websites take place at the offices of the company and only by
personnel in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance or upgrades.
The data deriving from the web service can be provided to technology partners and instrumental only if
the Holder needs to provide services requested by users, communication and marketing.
The personal data provided by visitors who request dispatch of informative material (requests for
information, answers to questions, etc..) Or other communication (orders) are used only to perform the

3. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the websites acquire, during their
normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols
of Internet.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified persons, but by their very nature
could, through processing and association of data held by third parties, identify the computers that
connect to the site.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect
to the sites, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, time of request,
the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the
numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other
parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment.

This data may be used for the only purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the
websites and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to verify responsibility in case of
hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data provided voluntarily by users
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal information to access certain services, or to
make inquiries to the addresses listed on the websites, involves the subsequent acquisition of the data
included in the request of the sender, which is necessary in order to respond to them.
4 COOKIES
Cookies are files that can be stored on your computer (or other devices enabled to surf on the internet,
such as smartphone or tablet) when it visits the websites. Usually a cookie contains the name of the
website from which the cookie comes from and the 'life span' of the cookie (ie how it long will remain
on the user's device).

How to disable cookies
The majority of Internet browsers are initially set to accept cookies automatically. The user can change

5. OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data through the
use of specific sections of the websites and to require or request the sending of informative material or
other communications. Absence of such data will result in the impossibility to obtain what is requested.
6. METHOD OF TREATMENT
Personal data is processed by automated tools to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and
unauthorized access. Dellera Srl, minimizes any risks concerning privacy, availability and integrity of
personal data collected and processed has taken all the security measures provided for by the law.
7. USERS' RIGHTS
The subjects whose personal data is in question, has the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of
the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or
request its integration or update, or correction (Article. 7 of Legislative Decree no. n. 196/2003).
Pursuant to this Article the user shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into
anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose, in any case,
for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
