VERONA ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS (ACCADEMIA DI BELLE ARTI DI VERONA) Erasmus Code: I VERONA03 Erasmus coordinator: Prof. Diego Arich E-mail: [email protected] APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR STUDENT MOBILITY IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2016/2017 Verona, 23 March 2016 Dear Partners, I would like to inform you that the application deadlines for Erasmus students interested in studying at Verona Academy of Fine Arts are 30 June 2016 (for the whole Academic Year and the Fall Semester) and 30 November 2016 (for the Spring Semester). First of all, we need a Nomination Letter signed by the Institutional Erasmus Coordinator, which includes the selected Erasmus students’ names, their email addresses and the Department/Degree Courses in which they are enrolled. Please send a scan of the Nomination Letter signed and stamped to: [email protected]. Students have to fill in an Application Form (see the attached file) and send it to our Erasmus Office by email ([email protected]). In order to complete the incoming student’s file, we need to receive their portfolio, their CV, their motivation letter and the Transcript of Records of their current Higher Education study. A Letter of Acceptance will be sent to your Office within three weeks of the application being received. The Learning Agreement will be defined by the end of July (for the whole Academic Year and the Fall Semester) and by the end of January (for the Spring Semester). Incoming Erasmus students will be able to change their Learning Agreement in the first month of each semester. We are very glad to continue a fruitful partnership between our Institutes and look forward to receiving students and scholars from your Faculty/Academy.
