accostamenti di colore.
Waves and Lines are offered in a range of new
colors, that more than ever make the sensory
aspect of ceramics stand out. The decor, marked
by symbols and lines and produced with the
advanced technology Full HD on Slimtech, illustrates
the strong emotional component of the material;
not only as a functional element for covering, but
also as a decorative product for an alternative
application (doors, containers, doors, fireplaces,

Patrick Norguet
Patrick Norguet nasce a Tours nel 1969 e studia alla Scuola Superiore di Design
Industriale di Parigi. Nel 2000 Norguet fonda a Parigi uno studio di design, la cui
attività spazia dalla realizzazione di prodotti industriali a progetti architettonici.
Eletto designer dell’anno durante la mostra “Now! Design for a living” (Maison &
Objects), nel 2005, Patrick Norguet può essere considerato uno spirito libero del
design francese per la sua capacità di sviluppare un approccio progettuale basato
sull’eclettismo. La progettazione industriale è caratterizzata da una costante
ricerca di equilibrio e affidabilità e mira a realizzare oggetti semplici e funzionali.
Tra i suoi progetti si annoverano le collezioni permanenti in musei prestigiosi come il
Museum of Modern Art di New York. È stato eletto “furniture designer of the year”
dalla rivista Wallpaper nel 2009.
Appena laureato, Patrick Norguet lavora con Louis Vuitton come responsabile
per l’identificazione visiva del prodotto. Nel 2000 fonda il suo studio di design
per intervenire in aree molto eterogenee come la progettazione industriale e
l’architettura. Nello stesso anno incontra Giulio Cappellini, attratto dal suo lavoro e
dal Plexiglas colorato “Rainbow flesh”, uno dei suoi prodotti più rappresentativi: un
oggetto che ha segnato i tempi.
A Patrick Norguet piace lavorare sui sentimenti e l’intuizione per portare una
ventata d’aria fresca sul soggetto prendendo in considerazione il suo contesto.
Oggi realizza prodotti per interni o riferimenti architettonici come Cappellini, Fasem,
Poltrona Frau, Lapalma, Offecct, Crassevig, GlasItalia, Flaminia, Thonnet Vienna,
Modus, Watsberg, Artifort, Paesi Bassi, e lavori di architettura per Accor.
Patrick Norguet, born in Tours in 1969, studied at the Superior School of Industrial
