MARCO MOROSINI
Marco Morosini, artisan thinker, was born in Pesaro the 29th.11.1972.
He studied at I.S.I.A. in Urbino and at the Fachhochschule in Augsburg in Germany.
Since 1997 he worked at the No Frontiere design in Wien, then in Fabrica, the
communication research center sponsored by Benetton and directed by Oliviero
Toscani. During the war, with his camera, he portrayed Balcani refugees in
“KOSOVARS Camp Hope”, the first of his books, published by Leonardo arte
Mondadori.
Called by Miramax and Oliviero Toscani, he flyed in New York for one winter to follow
the publishing project Talk Magazine; Los Angeles and San Francisco will host his
personal art exhibition uominiuomini. Then he went back to Italy as art director at
Oliviero Toscani studio. Uominiuomini will be the subject with wich he will realize 700
m2 that will cover the front of Federico Fellini International Airport of Rimini. For the
30 years of the french newspaper Liberation, Morosini is the art director of the
almanac that celebrates the event "30 Ans de Liberation".
In 2004 Electa Mondadori published two new photograph books, DIVIDIRIMINI, an
original portrait gallery wich tells the lifeguards throught their faces, and No
Copyright, 252 royalty free pictures, artistic photos realized during different years of
research, available to anyone who wishes to use it. With DOG IS A GOD, he realizes
the dream of each dog: six exclusive design doghouses for exclusive owners.
For the beloved Rimini, he creates the 2008 campaign for the city and the new touristic
brand. The designer works with international companies as Iceberg, Pitti Immagine,
Ferrari, Maserati, Tecnogym, Masi Agricola and for 5 years he is professor at Urbino
University. He cares for Ferrari the launch of new cars 612 Scaglietti, F430, F430 spider,
F599 GTB Fiorano. Marco is also the architectural designer of international auto show
for Ferrari and Maserati and he’s Art Director of the photographic books edited by the
group: China Tour, Panamerican 20.000, Magic India Discovery e Ferrari World Abu
Dhabi The Book. With the exhibition “Le Grandi Ferrari” by Sergio Pininfarina in 2012,
Morosini Studio cares all the equipments and the comunication project of the Ferrari
Maranello gallery.
In 2005 he gives birth to BRANDINA, line of handbags and accessories
made with the tissue of sun beds on the Italian Riviera, , intended from the
beginning to become a must of the Seaside Design. BRANDINA lives in Its 13 one
brand Botteghe situated in Cattolica, Riccione, Rimini, Bellaria, Cesenatico, Milano
Marittima, Pesaro, Senigallia, Ancona, Lucca, Desenzano, Ponza Island and Mykonos.
Today his work, always in expansion, is focused on Morosini Studio, BRANDINA and
on Granarola’s Castle.
After a long restoration work, in the Spring of 2013, Granarola’s Castle open. It is sank
into nature on valley on the sea.
The first Long Stay House by Brandina, sourranded bu oaks and fragrant secular bay
trees, is nowadays a host place for guest from all over the world.
Today his work, always in expansion, focused on the BRANDINA network and in
Morosini Studio; all togheter with Barbara and the little Margherita, always at his side.
