Al fine di far valere in Italia lo scambio scolastico effettuato all'estero:
1)
lo studente dovrà richiedere alla Scuola presso la quale ha effettuato lo
scambio:
 un Attestato (v. esempio allegato) che dichiari:
- nome, cognome, data e luogo di nascita dello studente;
- data di inizio e di termine dello scambio;
- classe frequentata e materie studiate.
La dichiarazione dovrà essere redatta in inglese ed italiano su carta intestata della
scuola e firmata dal Preside/Vice Preside o Direttore degli Studenti internazionali
o simile;
 la scheda scolastica completa o in forma abbreviata (firmata dal
Preside/Vice Preside o dal Direttore degli Studenti internazionali), tradotta
in italiano dallo studente;
2)
la Scuola trasmette a questa Ambasciata i documenti sopra indicati, muniti di:
- fotocopia del passaporto dello studente;
- plico pre-pagato con indirizzo di ritorno per la restituzione dei documenti.
N.B. Se lo studente vuole allegare la traduzione della propria pagella/valutazioni, dovrà effettuarne
personalmente la traduzione apponendo in calce la seguente dichiarazione: “Io sottoscritto.......dichiaro
che la presente traduzione in italiano é conforme al testo originale in lingua inglese”

ITALIAN EXCHANGE STUDENTS
RETURNING TO ITALY
In order to ensure that a study exchange overseas will be taken into consideration on the
exchange student's return to school/university in Italy:
1) the student will need to arrange for the school to prepare:
 a declaration (see sample attached) indicating the student’s name, place
and date of birth, the date of commencement and termination of the
exchange, the class level and the subjects studied.
This declaration, in both English and Italian, should be prepared by the
school on the school’s letterhead paper, signed by the School
Principal/Deputy Principal/Director or Dean of International Students, or
similar, and translated into Italian by the exchange student, preferably
typewritten;
 the student’s school report in full booklet or abbreviated into one page,
signed by the Principal/Deputy Principal/Dean Intl.Students and translated
by the exchange student into Italian;
2) the School forwards the above documents to this Embassy together with:
- a photocopy of the exchange student’s passport;
- a pre-paid, self-addressed envelope for the safe return of the student’s documents.
N.B. If the student wishes to attach his/her school report/teacher observations with a translation into
Italian, he/she must undertake the translation him/herself followed by a personal declaration as
follows: ”I the undersigned… hereby declare that the above translation undertaken by me is a true and
correct translation into Italian of the original text in English”
