Disposable Sticky Pad™ Surface
Electrode
Intended Applications
EEG [Electroencephalography], EP [Evoked Potentials],
IONM [Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring],
ICU [Intensive Care Unit], NCS [Nerve Conduction
Studies]. LTM [Long Term Monitoring], PSG
[Pol yso mnography] and Ambulatory.
Select appropriate Sticky Pad Electrode. Remove excess
hair, oils and dirt. Prep application site, remove Mylar
backing from Electrode and place on application site.
Apply pressure to center of Electrode and move to edges.
Remove by pulling directly on Electrode. DO NOT PULL ON
THE CABLE! Remove remaining hydrogel with clean, soapy
water. Th is product is single-patient use only. Discard
Electrode after use.
Non-sterile.

lnstrucciones de uso

Instructions d'utllisation
Selectionnez I' electrode Sticky Pad adequate. Enlevez les cheveux, l'h uile ou
Ia salete. Preparez le site d'application, enlevez le Mylar au dos de I' electrode
et placez-la sur le site d'application. Appliquez une pression au centre de
!'electrode et dirigez-vous vers les bards. Enlevez en tirant directement sur
!'electrode. NE TIREZ PAS SUR LE CABLE! Enlevez !' hydrogel restant a l'eau
pro pre et savonneuse. Ce produit est destine un seul patient. Jetez
I' electrode apres usage.

lstruzioni per J'uso
Scegliere l'elettrodo Sticky Pad idoneo. Rimuovere i pel i in eccesso, l'unto e Ia sporco.
Preparare il punta destinate all'applicazione, rimuovere il rivestimento in Mylar dalla
parte posteriore dell'elettrodo e applicarlo su i/a cute. Esercitare pressione sui centro
dell'elettrodo distribuendola verso i bordi. Rimuovere /'elettrodo tirandolo
direttamente. NON TIRARE IL CAVO! Asportare l'idroge/ residua con acqua insaponata
pulita. Questa articolo prevede l'uso su un solo paziente. Scartare l'elettrodo dopa
l'uso.

sauberer Seifenlauge abwaschen. Dieses Produkt is! zum
Einpatientengebrauch bestimmt. Elektrode nach Gebrauch entsorgen.
