La Storia
Guerciotti è un’azienda storica nel ciclismo,
che opera nel settore da oltre 50 anni. Una
storia singolare, avvincente, iniziata nel 1964,
quando Italo, noto ed esperto ciclocrossista
azzurro, decide con il fratello Paolo di aprire
un piccolo negozio di 20 mq per la vendita e
la riparazione delle biciclette in via Petrella 4 a
Milano.
È proprio in questi anni che il marchio Guerciotti
viene conosciuto ed apprezzato in tutto il mondo,
ricevendo l’attenzione anche di importanti riviste
di settore tra le quali Bicycling (la più importante
rivista americana). Gli USA, negli anni ’80,
rappresentano il mercato più importante per il
marchio Guerciotti, diventando in assoluto uno
dei leader per le bici da corsa.
È sempre Italo a trasmettere la passione per la
bici a Paolo che nel 1961 inizia a correre tra
i giovanissimi, rivelandosi subito competitivo e
vincente, per poi dedicarsi esclusivamente al
ciclocross e conquistare la maglia azzurra al
mondiale di Saccolongo nel 1979.
Non solo, ma nel 1976, le bici da corsa
Guerciotti debuttano in campo professionistico
equipaggiando la Fiorella Mocassini, e
continuando, successivamente con Fiorella
Citroen, Magniflex- Fam Cucine (ottenendo ben
5 vittorie di tappa al Giro d’italia del 1979),
Santini-Selle Italia, l’Alfa Lum e la DromedarioSidermec.
In questi anni corrono con le biciclette Guerciotti
importanti corridori, tra cui G.B. Baronchelli e
Giovanni Battaglin.
Nel frattempo il negozio si rivela troppo piccolo
per la numerosa ed affezionata clientela. Quindi,
si opta per un ampliamento della sede operativa
e per il trasferimento in corso Buenos Aires.
Nel 1975, grazie al successo commerciale in
costante ascesa i fratelli Guerciotti ampliano
nuovamente sede, allargandosi in via Tamagno.
Il 1975 si rivela un anno storico per l’azienda
Guerciotti. Infatti, oltre ad incrementare
la costruzione di bici speciali da corsa,
grazie al dinamismo di Paolo Guerciotti, si
registra un’escalation commerciale, iniziando
l’esportazione dei propri prodotti, soprattutto
in USA, varando nel contempo la squadra
americana Ten Speed Drive-Guerciotti.
È grazie alla collaborazione con questi team
professionistici di alto livello che Guerciotti
realizza prodotti sempre più all’avanguardia sia
dal punto di vista tecnologico che dal punto di
vista del design. Per questo motivo le biciclette
Guerciotti cominciano ad essere richieste in tutti i
più importanti mercati del mondo, e la conferma
è la presenza dell’azienda milanese in tutte le
più importanti fiere di settore (Milano, Colonia,
Anheim), in modo da far conoscere i propri
gioielli.
Sempre nel 1976 le bici Guerciotti avviano la
collaborazione tecnica con il team ciclocrossistico
GBC, diretto da Dino Zandegù, con lo stesso
Paolo Guerciotti corridore del team; mentre nel
1977 Paolo Guerciotti fonda l’ononimo gruppo sportivo ciclocrossistico: GS Guerciotti.
Questa squadra, negli anni successivi, diventerà
il punto di riferimento del ciclocross in Italia e
nel mondo, venendo definita “la multinazionale
del fango” e la “Mapei del Ciclocross”,
conquistando ben 10 campionati del mondo.
Questi successi furono importanti anche per
conquistare altrettanti successi commerciali.
Infatti il marchio Guerciotti divenne l’indiscusso
leader nella vendita di biciclette per questa
disciplina, conquistando quasi un monopolio
per il mercato belga, grazie anche ai successi
di due dei ciclocrossisti più forti di tutti i tempi:
Roland Liboton e Vito Ditano.
Ormai Guerciotti è un marchio conosciuto in
tutto il mondo e tutti gli appassionati di ciclismo
desiderano e pedalano su una bicicletta
Guerciotti.
Nel 1983 Paolo Guerciotti fonda la Guerciotti
Export S.r.l. che vedrà la nascita di due
rami: il reparto corse ormai consolidato e la
commerciale. In quegli anni Paolo Guerciotti
intuisce che il mercato sta evolvendo e per
essere sempre competitivi bisogna offrire ai
propri distributori e dealer un servizio a 360°.
Grazie a questa scelta si espandono anche i
confini commerciali, esportando anche in tutto
il Sud America. Nel 1984 festeggi i vent’anni
di attività, inaugurando la nuova sede di Via
Pasteur.
Nel Ciclocross è Daniele Pontoni che porta in
alto la stella Guerciotti conquistando le scene
di questa disciplina e regalando al marchio
Guerciotti il decimo campionato del mondo di
ciclocross.
Il nuovo millennio si affaccia per l’azienda
milanese con la festa per i 35 anni di attività
e con l’inaugurazione della nuova sede di Via
Petrocchi, fiore all’occhiello di Paolo Guerciotti.
Gli anni 2000 si aprono con una pianificazione
da parte dell’azienda per un ritorno nel reparto
corse e a livello professionistico. Da qui nascono
collaborazioni con varie squadre juniores,
dilettanti, donne che portano a successi che
aiutano a rendere visibile il marchio Guerciotti.
In quegli anni pedalano in sella alla Guerciotti
nelle categorie giovanili corridori come Jacopo
Guarnieri, Adriano Malori e atlete già affermate
come Vera Carrara, Olga Slyoussareva e
Valentina Polkhanova.
Nel 2004 Guerciotti rientra nel professionismo
con la LPR di Omar Piscina, un team giovane
che in tre anni è comunque riuscito a regalare
importanti successi sportivi all’azienda milanese
come una Coppa Bernocchi (Danilo Napolitano
nel 2005), una tappa al Giro di Svizzera
(Daniele Contrini) e la partecipazione a gare
storiche come la Milano Sanremo e la Paris
Roubaix. In quegli anni corrono con le bici
Guerciotti corridori che hanno fatto la storia del
ciclismo come Pavel Tonkov e Dmitry Konyshev.
Sempre in quegli anni, Guerciotti inizia ad
investire e credere anche nel ciclismo femminile
e questa intuizione risulta anche in questo caso
vincente. In cinque anni con i team Nobili
Rubinetterie, Menikini e Selle Italia-Ghezzi
conquista tutto quello che c’è da vincere: due
giri d’italia (con Edita Pucinskaite e Fabiana
Luperini), campionati italiani e prove di coppa
del mondo (sempre con Fabiana Luperini) e Giro
del Mediterraneo (con Luisa Tamanini), oltre a
LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING, progetto
orientato alla ricerca, sviluppo e produzione
di telai di altissima gamma in carbonio. Da
questo progetto e dai concetti cardini su cui
si fonda, nasce la famiglia di prodotti Eclipse
(Eclipse, Eclipse Plus ed Eclipse 769) che oggi
rappresentano il massimo che si può ottenere da
una bicicletta da corsa e che rappresentano il
vero Made in Italy.

Il rientro nel circuito professionistico porta
immediatamente a risultati commerciali che
spingono Paolo Guerciotti ed il figlio Alessandro
(entrato ufficialmente in azienda nel 2000) a
continuare ad investire in campo professionistico
per puntare ad incrementare le vendite. Nasce
così il sodalizio con Gianni Savio nel 2007.
Da quel momento, la vetrina che si conquista,
grazie alla squadra e ai campioni che pedalano
in sella alla Guerciotti, porta ad un aumento
esponenziale delle vendite di biciclette, che
porta alla conquista di nuovi mercati tra cui
Sud Africa e Asia (Giappone, Malesya, Korea,
Taiwan) ed il ritorno nel mercato americano.
Nel 2008 è Gilberto Simoni a riportare
l’azienda milanese al Giro d’Italia, tornando
anche a vincere una tappa con Alessandro
Bertolini.
Nel biennio 2009-2010 si ottengono risultati
storici conquistando il Trofeo Laigueglia per due
anni di fila con Francesco Ginanni, la Tirreno
Adriatico nel 2009 con Michele Scarponi (e nel
2010 persa a parità di tempo, nei confronti di
Stefano Garzelli).
Al Giro le bici Guerciotti sono assolute
protagoniste, conquistando ben tre tappe al Giro
del centenario (una con Leonardo Bertagnolli e
due con Michele Scarponi) e sfiorando il podio
nel 2010 con Michele Scarponi (giunto 4°
a soli 12” al podio e trionfatore della tappa
regina dell’Aprica). In questi anni il reparto corse
Guerciotti raggiunge livelli altissimi in termini di
progettazione, design e tecnologie, che, grazie
all’esperienza ottenuta da grandi campioni, porta
ad introdurre sul mercato prodotti all’avanguardia,
apprezzati e richiesti in tutto il mercato. Guerciotti
si affaccia così nel secondo decennio del nuovo
millennio con l’obiettivo di ottenere importanti
successi sportivi e commerciali e per soddisfare
le esigenze e le richieste di tutti gli amanti della
stella Guerciotti.
Nel 2011 Guerciotti introduce il concetto NO
Nello stesso anno 2011 si presenta per la prima
volta nella sua storia non solo come sponsor
tecnico, ma come secondo nome di una squadra
professionistica e nasce così il team Miche
Guerciotti. In quell’anno Davide Rebellin trionfa
alla Tre Valli Varesine e al Trofeo Melinda.
Negli ultimi anni, Guerciotti consolida la sua
presenza soprattutto nell’Europa dell’est grazie
alla sponsorizzazione con il team CCC.
Nel 2014, Guerciotti festeggia i 50 anni
di attività. Un traguardo che poche aziende
possono vantare di avere raggiunto. Per
l’occasione presenta l’ennesimo gioello: Eclipse
64-14.
Nella scorsa stagione professionistica 2015,
Guerciotti torna al Giro d’Italia con il team CCC
Sprandi, oltre a correre altre importanti corse
come la Milano Sanremo, Il Lombardia, il Dubai
Tour e l’Amstel Gold Race.
The History
Guerciotti is an historical company in the
cycling business, who works in the sector from
50 year. A compelling story started on 1964
when Italo, noted and expert cyclocross rider,
decided with his brother Paolo to open a small
show of 20 square meters for the selling and
maintenance of bicycles in Via Petrella 4 in
Milan.
brand in this discipline gaining also a monopoly
in the Belgium market, thanks to the success of
two of the stronger riders in cyclocross history :
Roland Liboton and Vito Ditano.
It is always Italo to transmit the cycling
passion to Paolo who in the 1961 begins to
ride revealing immediately competitive and
successfull and than to dedicate his activity
exclusivily in the cyclocross, riding the world
championships in Saccolongo on 1979.
In the 1983 Paolo Guerciotti founded the
Guerciotti Export Srl who will see the born
of two branchs: the “reparto corse” and the
wholesaler business.
Now Guerciotti is very known brand all over
the world and all the cycling lovers wishes and
ride on a Guerciotti bike.
In those years Paolo Guerciotti understands that
the market is evolving and in order to be more
competitive it is important to offer to all own
distributors and dealers a 360° service. Thanks
to this choice Guerciotti expand also his borders
trade, selling also in South America. In the
1984 Guerciotti celebrates 20 years of activity,
inaugurating a new building in via Pasteur.
In the meantime the shops becomes too small
for the many customers.. So Paolo Guerciotti
decides to expand the shop opening a new one
in corso Buenos Aires. In the 1975, thanks to
the commercial success the two brothers decide
to expand it again in Via Tamagno.
And the 1975 is an historical year for the
Guerciotti company. In fact, besides to increase
the manufacturing of racing bikes, thanks to the
Paolo’s Guerciotti dyanamism, Guerciotti has
a real commercial escalation starting to export
his products all over the world, and mainly in
the USA, sponsoring also in the same time the
American Ten Speed Drive – Guerciotti. It is
really in these years that the Guerciotti brand
is known and appreciated all over the world,
receiving all the attentions also from important
cycling newmagazines like Bycling (the most
important American newmagazins).
In the ‘80s USA market represents the most
important one for Guerciotti brand, becoming
absolutely one of the leading brands in the road
cycling.
In the 1976 Guerciotti bikes debutted in the
prof circuit sponsoring the prof team Fiorella
Mocassini and continuing with Fiorella Citroen,
Magniflex Fam Cucine (winning 5 stages at the
1979 Giro d’Italia), Santini Selle Italia, Alfa
Lum and Dromedario Sidermec.
In these years many important riders win with
a Guerciotti bike like G.B. Baronchelli and
Giovanni Battaglin.
In the cyclocross, Daniele Pontoni brings at high
levels Guerciotti star gaining the scenes of this
discipline and getting for Guerciotti the tenth
world champion in the cyclocross.
The new millennium for Guerciotti starts with the
35 years anniversary and the inauguration of a
new headquarter in Via Petrocchi.
Thanks to the cooperation with these important
prof teams Guerciotti realizes more and more
advanced in terms of technology and design.
For this reason Guerciotti bicycles are
beginning to be requested in all markets and
the confirmation come from the Guerciotti’s
presence in all the major cycling shows
(Milano, Colonia, Anheim), in order to let know
his jewels.
The 2000s starts with a plan made by the
company for a return in the “reparto corse” and
in the prof circuit. Starting from here, it born
cooperation with various teams (juniores, under
23, prof women) who bring victories and great
visibility to Guercioti brand. In those years it ride
with a Guerciotti bike in the young cathegories
riders like Jacopo Guarnieri, Adriano Malori
and women riders like Vera Carrara, Olga
Slyoussareva and Valentina Polkhanova.
Always in the 1976 Guerciotti bikes start the
cooperation with the cyclocross team GBC

following years, will become a landmark for the

It is in the 2004 that Guerciotti returns in the
prof circuit with the Team LPR, directed by Omar

In the years 2009 – 2010 Guerciotti gets

reachs high level in tems of R&D, design and
technology who thanks to the experience got by
great riders, it leads to introduce in the market
leading products, popular and demanded
throughout the world.
Guerciotti is approaching the second decade
of the new millennium with the goal to obtain
important sporting and commercial results and
to satisfy all the needs and requests of all the
lovers of Guerciotti star.
In the 2011 Guerciotti introduces the NO LIMIT
CARBON ENGINEERING project oriented to
the research, development and production of
high range carbon frames.
From this project and from the concepts inside
this project, it borns the Eclipse family product
(Eclipse, Eclipse Plus and Eclipse 769) who
today represents the maximum that you can get
from a road racing bike and who represents the
real Made in Italy.
Always in the 2011, in the first time of his
hisotry, Guerciotti is not only tech sponsor in the
prof circuit, but it appears like the second name
in a pro team. So that is born the Team Miche
Guerciotti. In that year, Davide Rebellin wins Tre

In the last years Guerciotti consolidates his
presence in the East Europe thanks to the
sponsorships with the Team CCC.
In the 2014 celebrates his 50th anniversay,
a goal that only few companies in the cycle

Eclipse 64-14. In the last pro season 2015,
Guerciotti come back to the Giro d’italia
with the team CCC Sprandi, besides to ride

The NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING represents the R&D of
Guerciotti for the analysis, design and realization of all the high
range products.
Creato nel 2011, questo progetto ha permesso di immettere sul
mercato prodotti di altissima qualità, di cui i maggiori esponenti
sono rappresentati dalla famiglia Eclipse.
Eclipse aveva quindi rappresentato la principale novità della
gamma 2011 (ed il primo importante prodotto creato dal NO
LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING), per poi passare nel 2012 a
presentare il modello Eclipse Plus, successivamente nel 2013 con
Eclipse 769 e, nella gamma 2015, per celebrare il cinquantenario
festeggiato nell’anno 2014, a presentare Eclipse 64-14.

Il NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING si è prima concentrato
nella produzione di telai di altissima gamma realizzati con la
tecnica del fasciato. Successivamente lo stesso progetto è stato
traslato anche nella produzione di progetti di telai monoscocca,
sempre con un solo obiettivo: ricerca di nuove soluzioni tecniche
e di design per ottenere un prodotto vincente a livello agonistico,
in occasione delle più importanti corse professionistiche, ma da
traslare sui prodotti utilizzati da ogni consumatore finale.
Il NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING è stato concepito
del 2008 quando Guerciotti è tornata a giocare un ruolo da
protagonista al Giro d’Italia con Gilberto Simoni.
Le sfide a puntare a traguardi sempre più ambiziosi ha contribuito
a sviluppare una serie di progetti di cui il Simoni Replica 2008
era solo un embrione.

Nel 2014 il progetto NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING ha
introdotto un nuovo concetto, l’ARR Project, per l’evoluzione ed
il miglioramento delle prestazioni nelle condizioni di corsa più
estreme, andando a lavorare e migliorare varie parti del telaio per
poter incrementare l’aerodinamicità della bicicletta.
Tutti i prodotti che nascono dal progetto NO LIMIT CARBON
ENGINEERING contengono tutti i cardini del progetto : scelta
della migliore materia prima, innovativa tecnologia di produzione,
design e qualità italiana, rigorosi test e controllo qualità.
In questa gamma 2016 la famiglia dei prodotti Eclipse si
arricchisce di un altro gioiello, quest’anno dedicato alle prove
contro il tempo: Eclipse TT. Il NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING
produce per la prima volta un telaio fasciato destinato alle
cronometro e al Thriathlon.
The NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING has focused before
in the production of tube to tube high range frameset. Later
the same project has been expanded also in the production of
monocoque framesets, with always one goal: searching of new
solutions in term of design and performance to get a winning
product in the pro races and to develop it for the end users.
The NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING was born in the 2008
when Guerciotti returned to play a leading role in the Giro
d’Italia with Gilberto Simoni.
The challenges to get goals always more ambitous has helped to
develop a series of projects where the Simoni Replica 2008 was
just the first step.
Michele Scarponi in the 2010 arriving at 4° place at the Giro
d’Italia (winning the stage at Aprica) represented the last real test
in order to create this final project, created in the 2011.
Eclipse represented the big news in the 2011 range (and
the first great product realized by the NO LIMIT CARBON
ENGINEERING), than in the 2012 was presented to the cycling
market, Eclipse Plus and and later in the 2013 Eclipse 769.
In the 2015 collection present the 50° anniversary frameset:
Eclipse 64-14”.
This concept is focus on the evolution and increasing of
perfomances in the the hardest races conditions, working on
improvements of some frame’s parts in order to increase the
bicycle aerodinamicity.
All the products who born by the NO LIMIT CARBON
ENGINEERING keep all the project’s features: choose of
the best raw material in the market, innovative production
technology, italian quality and design, in addition to rigorous
testing and quality control. In the 2014 NO LIMIT CARBON
ENGINEERING introduced a new concept for the evolution and
improvement in the hardest conditions of race performance: ARR
(Aerodynamic Resistance Reduction).
In this range 2016 the Eclipse family’s products is enhanced by
another jewel, this year dedicated to the races against the time:
Eclipse TT. NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING produces for
the first a tube-o-tube carbon frameset dedicated to the time trial
and thriathlon.

scegliere i migliori materiali presenti sul mercato, attraverso un sistema di
ricerca e studio qualità, scegliendo il perfetto mix tra le varie fibre per ottenere

first of all to select the best materials available on the market using a quality
search and study system, by selecting the perfect mix among the various fibers
in order to obtain the best possible results for the intended use.
NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING ha introdotto con il primo modello Eclipse
(e migliorato con Eclipse 769) un sistema di fasciatura chiamato LIGHTNESS
WRAPPED CARBON TECHNOLOGY, con il quale diventa fondamentale
il posizionamento delle pelli, che è molto importante per dare le principali
caratteristiche meccaniche al telaio. Le pelli vengono sovrapposte in modo
da orientare più filamenti lungo le linee di sollecitazione. Infatti, intrecci e
sovrapposizioni delle pelli in carbonio permettono di modificare il rendimento
meccanico della struttura e di alcune parti di esse. Elemento fondamentale è
rappresentato dall’estetica. Con questo nuovo sistema di fasciatura, si ottiene
un telaio che esteticamente è come un monoscocca, senza più avere visibili
i segni della lavorazione. L’estetica così ben fatta è frutto di un laborioso e
metodico sistema totalmente fatto a mano unito ad un particolare ed esclusivo
procedimento di resinatura.
The NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING project introduce and innovating
wrapping system called LIGHTNESS WRAPPED CARBON TECHNOLOGY
with which the positioning of carbon fiber skins assumes an essential role, as
this is very important to give the frame its main mechanical chracteristics. The
skins are superimposed so as to orientate more filaments along the stress lines.
In fact, by interweaving and superimposing carbon fiber skins it is possible
to modify the mechanical efficiency of the structure and of some of its parts.
Appearance represents an important element. With this new wrapping system
it is possible to obtain a frame which is aesthetically is like a monocoque,
no longer showing any working marks. Such a remarkable appearance is
the result of an arduous and methodical system, completely hand made,
combined with a particular and exclusive resin tapping process.

frontale - dove si ha maggiore impatto - e aumentando, nello
stesso tempo, la rigidità della bicicletta e la guidabilità anche
nelle situazioni più estreme di corsa.
Nel modello Eclipse 769 è utilizzato un innovativo sistema di forcellini integrati.
I forcellini sono in carbonio ed escono dallo stampo integrati al carro, non
sono quindi incollati, mentre vengono fissati ai verticali mediante fasciatura.
Agli stessi forcellini sono fissate delle placchette di protezione in alluminio
anodizzate e quella destra fa anche da attacco cambio. In caso di caduta la
sua particolare forma a forchetta riduce al minimo i casi in cui è necessaria la
sua sostituzione, che resta comunque molto semplice.
The new system of integrated drop-outs has been adopted for the model
Eclipse 769. The drop-outs are made in carbon filber and they come out from
the mould already interegrated in the rear/chainstay. They are therefore not
glued but fixed to the vertical tubes by wrapping. Small protection plats in
anodized aluminium are mounted on the drop-outs and the right drop-out is
used to mount the gear. Its particular fork shape reduces to the bare minimum
the need for its replacement in case of fall. The replacement, in any case, is
extremely simple.
Nella gamma 2014, con la presentazione del nuovo modello Eureka SHM50,
il NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING ha introdotto un nuovo concetto:
Aerodynamic Resistance Reduction. Questo progetto sarà fondamentale per
la produzione di nuovi modelli negli anni futuri e per le evoluzioni dei modelli
già in gamma. ARR si fonda sullo studio della migliore aerodinamicità della
bicicletta per poter ottenere le migliori prestazioni in corsa.
In the 2014 range, with the presentation of Eureka SHM50m the NO LIMIT
CARBON ENGINEERING has introduced a new concept: Aerodynamic
Resistance Reduction. This project will be essential for the production of new
models in the next years and for the evolution of models already in the range.
ARR is based on the study of the best bicycle’s aerodinamicity to get the best
performance during the races.
Integrated Brakeset System: sistema di freni integrato a telaio

adattato, nel 2014, anche sul modello da strada EUREKA
SHM50.
Integrated Brakeset System : it is a new system of brakeset, integrated in the
frame and fork. System already used in the model Lunar and used also, from
2014, in the road racing model Eureka SHM50.
RS DESIGN: è il nuovo concetto inserito nella gamma 2015 e che ha trovato
espressione nella realizzazione del modello Eclipse 64-14. Affiancato al CLS
carbon design si è introdotto l’RS Design che rappresente lo studio minuzioso
del design su ogni parte del telaio che possa portare alla maggiore aerodinamicità possibile, senza andare a discapito di altre qualità come comfort e
rigidità. Anzi, lavorando insieme al CLS carbon design i valori di comfort e
leggerezza sono migliorati. Questo progetto sarà importantissimo nella produzione di tutti i futuri prodotti di Guerciotti.
It is the new concept posted in the 2015 range and he finds his expression in
the new Eclipse 64-14. Alongside to the CLS carbon design it has been added the RS Design who represents the meticolous study of design in every part
of the frameset who could lead to the greater aerodinamyc, without loosing in
terms of quality and stiffness. Working together with the CLS carbon design the
values of confort and lightness are increased. This concept will be really very
important in the production of all the new Guerciotti products in the future.
Il CLS CARBON DESIGN (Comfort-Lightness-Stiffness) è il sistema ideato da
Guerciotti per lo studio del miglior design tale da aumentare le perfomance del
telaio nelle parti più delicate ed importanti. Elementi fondamentali per un telaio
di altissima gamma sono appunto il comfort nella guida associato comunque
a leggerezza e rigidità. L’obiettivo è infatti avere il più alto rapporto tra queste
tre componenti. La realizzazione del particolare design dei posteriori verticali
del modello Eclipse 769 è stato appunto studiato per conferire comfort, rigidità
e leggerezza. La nervatura all’interno dei posteriori orizzontali di Eclipse 769
servono a dare ulteriore resistenza a compressione e trazione al fodero, che si
traduce in maggiore rigidità.
The CLS CARBON DESIGN (Comfort-Lightness-Stiffness) is the system created
by Guerciotti which represents the study of the best design to increase the
efficiency of the frame in its more delicate and important parts. In fact, the
fundamental elements of a top of the range frame are the riding comfort
associated in any case to lightness and stiffness. The goal is to obtain the best
ratio between these three elements. The particular design of the seat stays of
the Eclipse 769 model was realized on the basis of the study aimed for giving
comfort, lightness and stiffness. The ribbing inside the chain stays of Eclipse
769 serves to convey greater resistance to compression and traction to the
sheath who brings a greater stiffness.
Integrated Fork System: it is a new fork design integrated in the frame in order
to reduce the aerodynamic resistance in frontal position – where there is higher
air impact – and increasing, on the same time, bicycle’s stiffness and drivability in hardest race conditions.

Eureka SHM50 è realizzato con un’innovativo processo Advanced VaBm+ EPU, che rappresenta un elevato livello di
processo di stampaggio, grazie ad una tecnologia unica che assicura al telaio caratteristiche fondamentali come: peso
contenuto e valori di STW (stiffness to weight) estremamenti alti.
Il sistema Advanced VaBm (bladder molding process under vaccum control) è un processo tale che l’aria all’interno degli
strati di carbonio viene pompata fuori durante il processo di stampaggio. La rigidità e la restistenza del telaio in carbonio
con VaBm aumenta attorno al 3% confronto ad uno stampaggio regolare senze il controllo sotto vuoto. Applicando il
sistema EPU (Expanded PU Shell) nelle zone di congiunzione più delicate come scatola movimento, tubo sterzo e snodo
sella, si ottiene un aumento della forza del telaio in carbonio intorno al 3-5%. Il risultato di questi sistemi di lavorazione
porta ad una superiore capacità di assorbimento degli impatti per una guida confortevole, mantenendo nel contempo
ottima risposta e accellerazione dalla bicicletta.

Eclipse 769 rappresenta uno dei telai più leggeri sul mercato ed è il fiore all’occhiello del NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING.
Per la realizzazione di Eclipse 769 sono state utilizzate, per il triangolo anteriore, delle tubazioni prodotte con filamenti di
carbonio della migliore tipologia fornite dalla Toray, in UD-HHM-M55J (altissimo modulo ed altissima resistenza) posizionati
in modalità “asimmetrica“ per dare maggiore resistenza agli stress subiti durante l’uso del telaio, con la possibilità, inoltre,
di ridurre il valore dei pesi e massimizzare il rapporto resistenza/peso.
Per quanto riguarda invece la realizzazione del carro posteriore, sono stati usati materiali di classificazione aeronautica,
HM e HS (alto modulo ed alta resistenza, sempre di provenienza Toray) combinati a delle fibre M55J, con stratificazioni
a rinforzi localizzati per raggiungere i nostri standard di leggerezza, rigidità e resistenza. La costruzione dei telai avviene
con il sistema “tube to tube” e durante tutte le varie fasi di lavorazione, fasciatura, resinatura, carteggiatura e verniciatura, il
telaio viene costantemente pesato per mantenere sotto controllo il peso finale. Durante la laminazione di tutte le tubazioni
che compongono il telaio, vengono inseriti dei rinforzi localizzati a seconda del tipo di stress che subisce ogni singola zona
del telaio. Infine il telaio viene sottoposto ai test di rigidità e di rottura tramite appositi macchinari.

Eclipse 769 is one of the lightest frames in the market and it is the flagship of NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING.
To build the Eclipse 769, the best toray carbon filaments were used for the front triangle and bars. In UD-HHM-M55J (high
module and high resistance) “asymmetrically” positioned to provide higher resistance to stress during frame use with the
additional potential of reducing weight value and maximising the resistance/weight ratio.
As for the seat and chainstay, aeronautic classified material, HM and HS, were used (high module and high resistance by
Toray), combined with M55J fibres, with localised layers and reinforcement to achieve our weight, rigidity and resistance
standards. Frames are constructed with the “tube to tube” system and, during all the processing, banding, resin processing,
sanding and painting phases, the frame is constantly weighed to keep final weight under control.
Localised reinforcements are inserted when laminating all tubes in the frame according to the type of stress applied to each
single frame area. Lastly, the frame is subject to rigidity and break tests using specific machinery.

From the top range model Eureka SHM50, used by Team CCC Sprandi in the Giro d’Italia 2015, Guerciotti presents another
version of Eureka. So, it is born Eureka SX50. Unlike the model SHM50, it has been used the standard brakeset system, not using
the Integrated Brakeset System, while it has been used the solution of Integrated Fork System, as used now in all the top range
models of Guerciotti collection. In the production of Eureka SX50 has been used the same design of model SHM50 in order
to give continuity both at level of frameset and tech features. In fact, also the model SX50 has the same performance features:

In questa gamma 2016, il NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING di Guerciotti presenta il primo modello fasciato destinato
alle cronometro. Nasce così un nuovo prodotto facente parte della famiglia di prodotti Eclipse : Eclipse TT. Questo
prodotto ha già esordito a livello professionistico con il Team CCC Sprandi nella stagione prof 2015. All’esordio, il team
polacco ha vinto la cronosquadre alla Coppi e Bartali e anche durante il Giro d’Italia, la CCC Sprandi è stata una delle
migliori professional nella cronosquadre, superando varie squadre World Tour. Il prodotto presentato a catalogo è quindi
lo stesso prodotto usato dal team, con la sola differenza dal punto di vista di design grafico.
Guerciotti ha optato per la soluzione del fasciato in modo tale da offrire a qualsiasi utilizzatore, anche per le crono, la
possibilità di personalizzare le proprie misure (cosa che in un telaio da crono non avviene mai). In una disciplina in cui
la posizione e l’assetto in bici risulta fondamentale per essere aerodinamici e, quindi, vincenti, con Eclipse TT è possibile
quindi realizzare questo obiettivo fino al millimetro.
Per questo nuovo modello è stata utilizzata una soluzione di attacco integrato al telaio per permettere la maggiore
aerodinamicità possibile.
Ovviamente, come per tutta la famiglia Eclipse, i materiali utilizzati sono di altissima gamma per poter ottenere le migliori
prestazioni in corsa.
Eclipse TT è quindi realizzato con carbonio prodotto dal leader del settore, Torayca. Per la precisione la laminazione
interna è realizzata con fibra tipo M40J ad alto modulo con una più alta trazione e resistenza. Come per gli altri modelli
Eclipse questa fibra viene utilizzata anche per applicazioni industriali e nel settore aerospaziale. Eclipse TT possiede
valori di rigidità altissimi: 95N/mm.
Come per il modello inferiore, Lunar, e come su Eureka SHM50, anche in questo modello si è optato per la soluzione
con freni a tiraggio diretto.

In this 2016 range, the Guerciotti’s NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING presents the first model tube to tube for Time
Trial. The result is a product that it is added to the family of Eclipse products: Eclipse TT. This product debuted already in
the professional circuit with Team CCC Sprandi in the pro season 2015. At the debut, the polish team won the teams
Time Trial stage in the Coppi e Bartali and beeing one of the best professional in the team Time Trial stage in the Giro
d’italia, overcoming also some world tour teams. The product presented in the catalogue is the same product used by
the team CCC , with the sole difference in the graphic design.
Guerciotti chose the solution of tube to tube production to offer to all the consumers, also for the time trial, the possibility
to customize own sizes (features that it is never possible in a time trial frame). In a discipline where the position and
attitude in the riding is very important to be aerodinamic and so winner, with Eclipse TT is possibile to get this goal
reaching the perfection also at the millimeter.
For this new model is used a solution of integrated stem on the frameset to get the longest possible aerodynamics
Like in all the products of Eclipse family, the material used are of high range to get the best performance during the
race. Eclipse TT is made using the carbon fiber produced by the leader, Torayca. Specifically, frame is realized using
fiber model M40J. MJ type high modulus fiber with enhanced tensile and compressive strength over M series fibers. Like
for the others Eclipse models, this fiber is used for aerospace and industrial applications.
Eclipse TT has higher stiffness values: 95N/mm.
Like the other TT model, Lunar, and like in Eureka SHM50, also in this model is used the solution of direct mount
brakesets.

Il telaio Lunar è fabbricato utilizzando la migliore tecnologia EPS. La tecnologia EPS ha il grande vantaggio, grazie al
perfetto controllo della superficie interna, di mantenere e aumentare la rigidità riducendo il peso. Lo stesso design della
forcella, realizzata anche questa con tecnologia EPS (come il reggisella), è stato studiato per aumentarne la rigidità e
penetrazione dell’aria. Lo studio delle geometrie studiate per Lunar è stato basato sulla possibilità di avere con uno stesso
telaio, un prodotto perfetto sia per le gare a cronometro che per quelle di Thriathlon, cambiando solo il reggisella. Il
reggisella Lunar è quindi disponibile con gradazioni differenti a seconda dell’uso che si vuole fare del telaio: 75° (corsa)
e 78° (Thriathlon).

The Lunar model is made with the best EPS technology. EPS technology has the great advantage of mainting and
increasing rigidity while reducing weight, thanks to the perfect control of the internal surface . The same fork design,
also made with EPS technology (like the seat post) was designed to increase rigidity and air penetration. The geometry
study designed for Lunar is based on the possibility of having a perfect product with the same frame for time trial and
thriathlon, only changing the seat post. The Lunar seat post is thus available with different degrees according to frame
use : 75° (time trial) and 78° (Thriathlon).

Dorado 27.5 rapresenta il nuovo concept per tutti gli amanti dell’Off Road.
Dorado 27.5 è realizzato con filato di carbonio di produzione dell’azienda Toray, come tutti i prodotti corsa di Guerciotti
di altissima gamma. La realizzazione del telaio è effettuata utlizzando mix di filato 24T, 30T e 36T in diverse posizioni
del telaio. Solo nei punti di maggiore interesse quali scatola movimento e piantone sterzo è stato usato un filato 42T,
capace quindi di sostenere tutti i carichi di punta momentanei a cui un telaio MTB è solitamente sottoposto. Salti e
compressioni “logiche” date dal normale uso agonistico, vengono così assorbite e ripartite su tutta la struttura, grazie al
sandwich di filati debitamente composto. Destinato ad un uso agonistico.
Dorado 27.5 represents the new concept for all the users in the Off –Road.
Dorado 27.5 has made by carbon filaments produced by the japanese company Toray, as all the road racing products
of Guerciotti high range. The frame was created using a mix of 24T, 30T and 36T filaments in different frame positions.
Only in the most solicited points such as the BB shell and seat tube was 42T used, capable to support all momentary
peak loads to which a MTB frame is usually subjected to.
Jumps and “logic” compressions given by normal competitive use are thus absorbed and distributed throught the structure thanks to the duly composed sandwich structure. Intended for a competitive use.

Eclipse 64-14 rappresenta l’ultima creazione del NO LIMIT
CARBON ENGINEERING, all’interno della famiglia di
prodotti Eclipse. Questo modello rappresenta, inoltre, il telaio
anniversario dei 50 anni di attività di Guerciotti.
Dal 2011, con la creazione del primo modello di Eclipse,
Guerciotti ha presentato ogni anno nuove evoluzioni di questo
prodotto, passando dal Plus fino al 769 (uno dei telai più
apprezzati sul mercato per le sue qualità di leggerezza e
prestazioni). Oggi con Eclipse 64-14 si è ottenuto un telaio
dalle prestazioni straordinarie.
I numeri 64 e 14 si riferiscono agli anni celebrativi del 50°
anniversario: 1964 data di fondazione dell’azienda e 2014
anno del cinquantenario.
Un prodotto, quindi, che rappresenta l’essenza di cinquant’anni
di storia, esperienza, evoluzione e tecnologia nella creazione
di veri gioielli.
Eclipse 64-14 è stato creato partendo dalle esperienze e
feedback ottenuti sul mercato e nei test in corsa, migliorandone
alcuni aspetti e lavorando fondamentalmente sul design per
poter ottenere un prodotto con caratteristiche di alte prestazioni
in corsa.
Il punto fondamentale è che questo modello rappresenta il
primo telaio 100% monoscocca realizzato dal NO LIMIT
CARBON ENGINEERING. Eclipse 64-14 è quindi realizzato
in uno stampo unico, senza giunture, ottenuto con la tecnica
del sacco a vuoto. Il telaio è prodotto in autoclave (arrivando
fino a 6 bar) e impiegando tessuti preimpegnati su matrice
epossidica.
I vantaggi che si ottengono da questo tipo di lavorazione
permettono una struttura supercompatta, in tutte le sezioni,
reagendo meglio a tutte le sollecitazioni. Il telaio, inoltre,
risulta più leggero. Inoltre, tutto il processo di produzione è
computerizzato, in modo da essere sempre verificabile e
controllato.
Il carbonio è di produzione Toray, leader nel mercato (come
tutti i prodotti della famiglia Eclipse), e nello specifico le fibre di
carbonio sono le seguenti:

has presented every year new evolutions of this product, passing
to The Eclipse Plus until the last model Eclipse 769 (one of the most

Now with Eclipse 64-14 it reaches a frame with extraordinary
performances.
The numbers 64 and 14 are referred to the years of celebration of
this 50th anniversary:1964 year of company foundation and 2014,

A product who represents the essence of fifty years of history,
experience, evolution and technology in the production of jewels.
Eclipse 64-14 is born from the experience and feedback got from the
market and from the testes in the races, improving some features and
working basically on the design in order to get a product with high
performance into the race.
This model is the first 100% monocoque frame produced by the NO
LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING. Eclipse 64-14 is made in one single
mould, without joints, got it thanks to the under vaccum technology.
The frameset is produced in autoclaves (reaching util 6 bar) and using
pre-pex on epoxy matrix.
The advantages we can get using this type of processing permit an
higher compact structure, in all the sections, reacting better to all
the reactions. Besides, the frameset become lighter. Also the whole
production process is computerized in order to be always verifiable
and monitored.
Carbon is produced by the company leader in the market, Toray (like
all the Eclipse family product) and in the specific the carbon fibers are
the following :
