Produce profili, cornici ed elementi finiti per l’industria del mobile, l’arredamento esterno, urbano, uffici e comunità.
E’ presente sul mercato dal 1972. Opera principalmente per conto terzi in diversi settori produttivi, seguendo tutte le fasi
della lavorazione.
Grazie alla consolidata esperienza dei suoi 40 dipendenti e all’utilizzo di attrezzature altamente tecnologiche è in grado
di risolvere qualsiasi problema tecnico e costruttivo, dall’approvvigionamento delle materie prime alla consegna

GMC srl is a company expert in the production of solid and veneered wooden components.
We produce profiles, frames and finished elements used in the furniture industry, outdoor, urban, office and community furniture.
GMC srl has been present on the market ever since 1972. We operate principally for third parties in different productive
areas following all working procedures.
Thanks to a consolidated experience brought forth by GMC’s 40 workers/employees and the use of highly technological
equipment, we are able to solve any technical and constructive problem from the raw material supply to the finished
product delivery.

et les collectivités Elle est sur le marché depuis 1972 et travaille principalement à façon en différents secteurs productifs,
en suivant toutes les phases de travail.
Grâce à l’expérience consolidée de ses 40 salariés et à l’emploi d’équipements hautement technologiques, l’entreprise est en mesure
de résoudre tous les problèmes techniques et de construction, de l’approvisionnement des matières premières à la livraison du produit fini.

Wir herstellen Profile, Rahmen und Fertigware für die Möbelindustrie, Außen- und Stadteinrichtung, Büromöbel und Einrichtung
für Gemeinde.
Seit 1972 sind wir auf dem Markt und arbeiten hauptsächlich als Subunternehmer in verschiedenen Herstellungsgebieten nach aller
Verarbeitungsstufen.
Dank der gefestigten Erfahrung unserer 40 Mitarbeiter und durch die Verwendung von High-Tech Ausrüstungen können wir
jedes techniche oder konstruktive Problem lösen, d.h. von der Rohstoffversorgung bis zur Lieferung des Fertigproduktes.

PRODUZIONE
PRODUCTION
La produzione di GMC srl si sviluppa attraverso varie fasi
lavorative e prevede sempre l’utilizzo di legno e materiali
accuratamente controllati e stoccati nei nostri magazzini:
La prima fase avviene nel reparto segheria con l’utilizzo di
macchine scorniciatrici, pantografi a controllo numerico e
centro di lavoro; le fasi successive prevedono l’eventuale
rivestimento, la levigatura e la verniciatura dei materiali;
infine i prodotti finiti vengono montati, imballati e spediti al cliente.
GMC srl production is brought forth through various working phases and forsees always the
use of wood and accurately controlled and stocked materials found in our warehouses.
The first phase takes place in the sawmill division with moulding machines and
numeric controlled pantographs and a working center;
the next phases expect any covering, the smoothing and the painting of the
materials; at last the ended products are mounted, packed and sent the customer.
La production de GMC srl se développe à travers plusieurs phases de travail et prévoit toujours
l’utilisation de bois et de matériaux contrôlés et stockés dans nos magasins.
La première phase a lieu dans l’atelier de scierie avec des moulurières, des pantographes à contrôle
numérique et centre de travail; les phases successives prévoient l’éventuel revêtement, le ponçage
et la peinture du matériel; les produits finis sont enfin montés, emballés et expédiés au client.
Unsere Produktion wird durch verschiedene Verarbeitungsstufen entwickelt und gründet sich
auf der Verwendung von Holz und Material sorgfältig kontrolliert und im Haus gelagert.
Die erste Stufe findet in der Sägewerkabteilung durch die Verwendung von Rahmenschneidemaschinen,
CNC-Fräsen und Arbeisplatz statt; die nächste Stufen bestehen in der möglichen Verkleidung,
in der Schleifung und Lackierung der Materialen; schließlich werden die Produkte montiert,
verpackt und dem Kunde geliefert.
