Caratteristiche e Dimensionamento
Lo scopo di questo corso è di fornire indicazioni
riguardanti i componenti pneumatici analizzando
in particolare il loro corretto utilizzo, la loro
costruzione, definirne la grandezza, la scelta
delle tubazioni di collegamento, la ricerca
di eventuali guasti e la relativa soluzione.
Gli argomenti che vengono trattati sono legati
ai concetti di fisica, meccanica ed elettrotecnica.
Nello svolgimento del corso viene distribuito
e utilizzato il nostro testo didattico:

TECNICA DEI CIRCUITI
Lo scopo di questo corso è quello di spiegare
ai partecipanti il significato della simbologia
pneumatica ed elettropneumatica
e di affrontare problematiche legate alla
lettura/realizzazione di circuiti.
PNEUMATICA INTELLIGENTE
In questo corso vengono presentati i concetti
fondamentali riguardanti la struttura del PLC,
il suo funzionamento ed i sistemi di trasmissione
dei segnali verso il campo. Si analizzano in
maniera dettagliata le isole di valvole, i comandi
analogici e i regolatori proporzionali.

PNEUMATICA INTELLIGENTE APPLICATA
In questo corso vengono approfondite le modalità
di utilizzo del software per l’indirizzamento
e diagnostica delle isole di valvole Serie Y
e Serie H e le metodologie di interfacciamento
tra le varie tipologie di valvole stesse.
Inoltre l’attività didattica prevede l’analisi di
esempi pratici di settaggio dei regolatori ER.

Con questa Unità didattica è possibile
approfondire argomenti inerenti i circuiti
pneumatici con e senza elementi logici.

This course aims to give the participants
the knowledge of pneumatic and electro
pneumatic symbols and to face the problems
relating to the understanding and realization
of pneumatic circuits.

PNEUMATIC COMPONENTS
Features and Dimensioning
This course covers the correct use and
construction of pneumatic components.
You will receive the instructions to calculate
the components’ dimensions and to choose
the connection pipes, valves and flow control
valves. You will be able to find possible faults
and their solutions. The topics of this course are
physics, mechanics and mathematic concepts.
The didactics handbook ”Pneumatic Automation”
will be distributed during the course.

Grazie alla struttura modulare, le Unità
Didattiche Camozzi permettono lo studio
approfondito di tutti gli argomenti inerenti
la pneumatica con una serie di accorgimenti
operativi che facilitano ed ottimizzano i tempi
necessari per l’apprendimento delle nozioni
tecniche. Sono tutte realizzate in lamiera
di acciaio presso piegata dotata di base
con piedini di appoggio oppure di un supporto
su gambe con ruote.

INTELLIGENT PNEUMATICS
This course aims to teach the basis of the PLC
structure and the functioning of the transmission
systems of the serial connections. The valve
islands are studied in detail and, besides
the analog commands also the proportional
pressure regulators are analysed.
APPLIED INTELLIGENT PNEUMATICS
This course covers the software for Series Y
and Series H valve islands and for the
connection of other series. Also further practical
examples using Series ER are included.

This unit enables a thorough understanding
of pneumatics thanks to a series of operating
functions that optimize learning.
The units are made from press formed steel
10-15/10 thickness, coated with epoxy
powders. They are normally equipped with
supporting feet or, on request, can be supplied
with supporting wheels.
VAB unit
Thanks to this didactic unit subjects concerning
pneumatic circuits with and without logic
elements may be studied in depth.
V3 and V3L unit
With this unit it is possible to study
the following subjects:
- Pneumatic circuits with and without
logic elements
- Electro-pneumatic circuits
- Electro-pneumatic circuits driven by PLC
(PLC not included in the delivery)
The unit includes 3 commanding panels:
- Vertical panel with timer
and supplementary relays
- Horizontal panel with electric control
- Horizontal panel with pneumatic control.
