REFEREES:
Delegations are required to assign specific number of
referees to officiate at tournament according to the
following IWFC criteria:
 1 to 3 fencers = No obligation
 4 to 7 fencers = 1 referee
 8 or more fencers = 2 referees
A penalty of 1,000 Euro per referee will be charged to
the Delegation failing to assign the required number of
referees.

Entry Fee includes:
 Accommodation for the nights of your choice between 16th – 22th May;
 All meals from dinner on your arrival day until breakfast on your
departure day (dinner and breakfast will be served at your Hotel, lunch
will be served at Competition Venue);
 Transportation between International Malpensa Airport and the official
Hotel;
 Transportation between the official Hotel and Competition Venue;
 Farewell dinner.
Entry Fee does not include:
 The IWAS capitation fee.

CAPITATION FEE
The Entry Fee does not include the capitation fee of £ 40 for each partecipant.
The capitation Fee will be collected by IWAS from the nations directly. IWAS will
invoice the nations based on the number of entries of athletes, staff, team
members, medical and administrative, once nations have registered and
before the competition.
