di prodotti a led e i diversi istituti di ricerca è stato
fondamentale per il raggiungimento di soluzioni atte a
rispondere alle esigenze del mondo del lighting.
Inoltre abbiamo diversificato la produzione di circuiti stampati.
Partendo dal monorame siamo arrivati ai circuiti stampati
in "Thermalclad", multilayers da 4 a 12 strati o speciali,
circuiti flessibili o rigid-flex. fori ciechi, fori interrati,
microforature.
La capacità e la flessibilità di O&B si sono espresse anche
nell'attivazione di partnership con imprese ai più alti livelli
del settore e con i più importanti fornitori di inchiostri
per pcb. Questa collaborazione ha portato alla realizzazione
di alcuni solder mask con caratteristiche specifiche per
aumentare le prestazioni dei vostri led -solder ad alta
riflettanza, specifici per settore illuminotecnico-solder Bianco
anti ingiallimento -solder Grigio Metallizzato per integrare
meglio i PCB all’interno delle strutture in alluminio.

PASTE TERMOCONDUTTIVE
Abbiamo contribuito alla realizzazione di prodotti e
ottenuto scambi termici che fino a poco tempo fa non erano
realizzabili: numerose tipologie di alluminio, materiali
compositi CEM3 HIGHT THERMAL, doppia faccia
metallizzabili, flessibili ad alta resistenza termica TG130°
anche doppia faccia metallizzabili, con finitura superficiale
in Hot Air Levelling, substrato in rame, senza resistenza
termica del Pad centrale del led -FR4 con all’interno dei
vias paste termo conduttive.
O&B ha selezionato alcuni prodotti che sono in grado
di non diminuire il trasporto termico dal pcb ai suoi
dissipatori o contenitori -tra il PCB e i dissipatori non
sono più presenti inefficienze dovute a bolle d’aria e al
non perfetto contatto con le piazzole termiche.

PRODUCTS FOR LED
SOLDE MASK
The ability and flexibility of O&B have been expressed
also in the activation of partnership with high-profile
companies in this field and with the most important
suppliers of inks for PCB. This cooperation led to the
production of solder masks with specific features to
increase the performance of your LEDs -solder with
high reflectance, specific for the light-technical filed –
white anti-yellowing solder -metallized grey solder to better
integrate the PCB inside the aluminium structures.
The requirements from the light-technical field have
helped us in becoming leader also in this field. The
direct and constant cooperation with the biggest and most
prestigious producers of LED products and many research
institutes has been fundamental for obtaining solutions
able to answer the requirements of the world of lighting.
In order to answer the requirements of the markets,
always in constant
evolution, we have
diversify the
printed-circuits
production.
Starting from the
mono-copper we
ended up with
printed circuits
made of “
Thermalclad ”,
multilayers from
4 to 12 layers or special, flexible or rigid-flex circuits,
blind holes, filled-in holes, micro-drilling.
HIGH HEAT-TRANSFER MATERIALS
We gave our contribution to the realisation of products
and we obtained heat exchanges that were recently
considered impossible: -numberless types of aluminium
-different compound materials CEM3 HIGHT THERMAL,
double-sided and that can be metallized -flexible with
high heat resistance TG130°, also double-sided and that
can be metallized, with superficial finish in Hot Air
Levelling -lower layer made of copper, without heat
resistance of the central Pad of the LED -FR4 with
thermo-conductive vias paste inside.
LIGHTING DESIGN
O&B established a direct cooperation with its own
interlocutors, working together with the project team
and the Department of Research and Development. All
together we have tested technical solutions able to
increase the efficiency of the PCB at its best, by obtaining
completely new heat exchanges -our designer are able
to improve the heat transfer thanks to the revision of the
PCBs design with regard to the properties of the used
materials.
THERMO-CONDUCTIVE PASTES
O&B have selectionated of some products that are able
not to diminish the heat transport from the PCB to its
dissipators or containers – among the PBC and the
dissipators there are no longer any inefficiencies due to
air bubbles and to the imperfect contact with the thermic
areas.

e commerciali. Adiacente al corpo
direzionale, si trova la vasta area
tecnico/operativa con gli uffici
tecnici e di progetto, la produzione
e gli impianti ecologici per la
depurazione delle acque, oltre ad
una vasta area esterna di rimessaggio
e movimentazione mezzi.
O&B è ubicata in una zona strategica
a sud di Milano, all'imbocco della
A1 ed in prossimità della Tangenziale
est (uscita San Giuliano Milanese),
che le permette, tra l'altro, un facile
collegamento anche con gli aeroporti
di Linate e Malpensa.
THE FACTORY
Covers an area of 2000 square
meters and houses the management
and sales offices. Adjacent to the
management office there is a large
technical/operational area including
the technical and design centres,
the production facilities and the
water purification systems, as well
as a wide outdoor area for machinery
handling and storing.
O&B is strategically located just
south of Milan, by the entrance to
the A1 motorway and close to the
East Orbital road (San Giuliano
Milanese exit), thus offering easy
transport links, including the two
Milan airports of Linate and
Malpensa.
