The restaurant celebrates our Italian heritage, with a focus on preserving the art of traditional Italian cuisine. The restaurant is located in the historic Vermont House originally a turn of the century hotel, the interior was once a working sugar house that was relocated from New Hampshire. The room's focal point is a large fireplace, made from local Panton stone. Our extensive wine list, representing exclusively Italian selections has been recognized by Wine Spectator since 1995 and Wine Enthusiast since 2004. Trattoria Delia's menu reflects the diverse flavors of Italy's various regions. We support a community of farmers, who together bring the freshest locally grown food to the restaurant's tables.
