Un reclamo è una manifestazione scritta di insoddisfazione, giustificata o no, depositata da un investitore del fondo in relazione a un servizio fornito o trattenuto dal fondo. Una richiesta di informazioni, chiarimenti o servizi non è un reclamo. La comunicazione scritta dovrebbe fornire chiari dettagli del problema o della questione di interesse e includere la documentazione di supporto o elementi di prova, ove applicabile e appropriata. In questo contesto, ogni reclamo dovrà essere indirizzato per iscritto con lettera al seguente indirizzo: Sede legale: 111, Avenue de la Faiencerie L-1511 Luxembourg Fax: (+352 26 36 09 83) Indirizzo e-mail: [email protected] IRIS tratterà il tuo reclamo nel modo seguente: Al ricevimento, IRIS registrerà i dettagli della denuncia, tra cui la data e l'ora di ricezione. Una lettera di conferma o email sarà inviata al denunciante, entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento del reclamo scritto, a meno che la denuncia sia stata completamente risolta nel frattempo. Un mese dopo il ricevimento del reclamo, IRIS invierà una risposta. La risposta porterà il nome e la funzione della persona che gestisce il reclamo. Al ricevimento della risposta finale da parte di IRIS, in caso di insoddisfazione, si può, se lo desidera, sottoporre la questione all'Autorità lussemburghese, Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) 110, route d’Arlon, L-2991 Luxembourg. A Complaint is a written expression of dissatisfaction, justified or not, filed by an investor of the Fund in relation to a service provided or withheld by the Fund. A request for information, clarification or service is not a complaint. The written communication should provide clear details of the issue or matter of concern and include supporting documentation or evidence, where applicable and appropriate. Mr. Angelo Lazzari, in conjunction with the Compliance Team, is tasked with resolving any Shareholder Complaint and Client Complaint. An acknowledgement letter/email will be issued to the Complainant, within 10 Business Days of receipt of the written complaint, unless the complaint has been fully resolved within the intervening period. One month after receipt of the complaint, IRIS will send you a response. The response will bear the name and the function of the person handling the complaint.
