Charge and scorify machine for aluminium melting furnace
La macchina in oggetto è stata studiata per il
carico di materiale nel forno fusorio, in particolare
materiali pesanti, quali pani e T-Bars, mediante
apposito caricatore e la successiva rimozione
delle scorie dal bagno d'alluminio.
This machine was studied for the loading of the
material into the melting furnace, specially for
heavy materials, such as ingot and T-Bars, by a
special charger; and the removal of drosses from
the aluminium bath.
La macchina è in grado d'eseguire le seguenti
operazioni:
– Traslazione lungo l'asse longitudinale del forno e
posizionamento sul fronte della porta del forno
prescelta.
– Traslazione verso il forno al fine di consentire
l'ingresso del caricatore dalla porta di carico.
This plant makes the following operations:
– Translation on the longitudinal axle of the furnace
and setting in front of the chosen door of the
furnace.
– Translation towards the furnace in order to allow
the charger to enter into the furnace.
– Rotazione del caricatore per consentire
all'operatore di depositare pani e T-Bars
nell'apposito canale di carico.
– Avanzamento del caricatore nel forno e
deposito materiale mediante apposito spintore.
– Controllo del braccio e pala di rimozione scorie.
Sono previsti: allungamento del braccio
all'interno del forno, variazione dell'angolo
d'inclinazione dello stesso rispetto alla linea
orizzontale e traslazione del perno di rotazione
del braccio lungo l'asse longitudinale del forno.
La sincronia di questi movimenti consente una
rimozione efficace delle scorie da tutta la
superficie del bagno e della suola secca, nel
rispetto dei vincoli geometrici della struttura del
forno.
– Rotation of the charger in order to allow the
operator to put down the ingots and T-Bars in
a special charger place.
– Advance of the charger into the furnace and
depositing of the material with special pushing
machine.
– Control of the arm and removal drosses shovel:
Extension of the arm into the furnace, variation
of its angle inclination compared with the
horizontal line and the translation of the rotation
pivot of the arm, along the longitudinal axle
furnace. The synchrony of these movements
allows an effective removal of the dross from
all the surface of the bath and the dry hearth
respecting the geometric constraints of the
furnace structure.
