FISSAGGIO MAGNETICO PER PIATTAFORME ELEVATRICI
MAGNETIC FIXING SYSTEM FOR ELEVATING PLATFORMS
MICROSISTEMI da sempre attenta alle esigenze del cliente propone un innovativo sistema di fissaggio per barriere su piattaforme elevatrici
dove lo spazio destinato ai sensori è molto ristretto e le viti sono generalmente arretrate e difficilmente svitabili.
Il corpo della barriera è dotato di una una banda magnetica su tutta la sua lunghezza.
Appoggiata su una superficie di ferro, la barriera, risulta stabilmente fissata tramite il magnete che determina una trazione costante su tutta la
lunghezza.
Due perni regolabili e fissati alla quota dei fori esistenti vincolano la barriera nella posizione stabilita impedendo l’eventuale scorrimento
verticale causato da accelerazione e decellerazione della piattaforma.
ln ogni caso, soprattutto in una sostituzione, 2 perni regolabili alla quota dei fori esistenti, anzichè 5 viti in posizione fissa, sono un grosso
vantaggio anche qualora le viti fossero facilmente accessibili perchè, per le tolleranze, é evidentemente più difficile allineare 5 fori anzichè 2.
In caso di montaggio della barriera su inox, una apposita bandella metallica adesiva viene applicata alla superficie inox in corrispondenza
della banda magnetica della barriera stessa.
MICROSISTEMI has always been committed to fully meet its customers' needs. For this reason we have studied an innovative fixing system
specially designed for light curtains’ installations in lifting platforms where the space for the sensors is limited and the screws are generally
placed on the back and very hard to screw off.
The light curtain’s profile is equipped with a magnetic plate on its full length.
Light curtains are usually installed on an iron surface and thanks to the magnet which produces a constant traction on their length they result
steadily tight.
Two adjustable pins fixed on the existing holes fasten the light curtain in its right position and prevent it from the vertical sliding due to the
acceleration and deceleration of the platform.
In case of light curtain’s replacement two adjustable pins on the existing holes are a great advantage instead of five screws. This is true even
if the screws would be easily attainable because the alignment of five holes is more difficult than the positioning of two. In case of light
curtain’s installation on a stainless steel surface a special adhesive metallic plate will be applied on this latter exactly on the door detector’s
magnetic plate.

In abbinamento ai corpi illuminanti serie LPL e LPLR, gli alimentatori serie ALP sono configurabili per ottimizzare l’illuminazione in tutte le
condizione di funzionamento dell’ ascensore, sia in presenza che in assenza di rete, per una illuminazione di qualità con costi di esercizio
inferiori al 50%.
Rispetto ai normali standard dell’ascensore la capacità di illuminazione è volutamente abbondante e può essere diminuita a vantaggio
dell’assorbimento e del rendimento, che nei LED migliora al diminuire della corrente, come migliorano la durata e il mantenimento delle
caratteristiche luminose nel tempo.

ALP power supplies are designed for a high quality lighting and above all are designed to reduce the operating costs of about 50%.
In comparison to the current lift standards LPL and LPLR lighting fixtures are deliberately equipped with an excellent illumination capacity
which can be reduced to improve absorption and efficiency. In particular, with led lighting not only absorption and efficiency thanks to the
