VINIFICAZIONE • VINIFICATION TECHNIQUES
L’uva, selezionata in pianta,rimane a maturare più a lungo per aumentare la
concentrazione zuccherina. Dopo una breve macerazione a freddo (18-24 ore
) a 10° C vengono separate le bucce dal mosto con pressatura soffice e poi
fermentazione a15-16° C. con lieviti selezionati per 12-15 gg.
Selected grapes are left on the vines to mature longer to increase the sugar
concentration before harvesting. After a short cold maceration (18-24 hours) at 10°C,
the skins are separated from the must with soft pressing and then the fermentation
starts at a temperature of 15-16°C with selected yeasts for 12-15 days.

Vino dal colore giallo dorato, profumo dolce e leggermente vanigliato e delicato.
Sapore denso e ricco di sentori di frutta secca
Golden yellow in colour it has a sweet delicate bouquet with slight vanilla overtones.
The flavour is dense and rich with hints of dried fruit especially apricots.
ACCOSTAMENTI • BEST SERVED WITH
Vino ideale per il dessert, soprattutto con pasticcini e biscotti secchi. Eccezionale
accompagnamento con formaggi dolci o erborinati. Va servito a 10-12°C in
piccole coppe da dessert.
An ideal wine to go with dessert, especially pastries and biscuits. Great
accompaniment to mild or blue cheese. To be served at a temperature of 10-12°C in
small dessert glasses.
CONSERVAZIONE • PRESERVATION
Conservare le bottiglie in un luogo fresco, asciutto ed al riparo della luce,
possibilmente coricate.
Keep bottles stored in a cool, dry place away from light, where possible horizontally.
