Mosaic Collection
Nasce la nuova Collezione i’Pix di SICIS che, nelle sue
innumerevoli varianti decorative e cromatiche, prende
vita sul monitor di un computer, con il semplice tocco
di un mouse, come uno stilista di moda che declina le
fantasie di un abito con l’aiuto della tecnologia digitale.
In i’Pix una creatività tutta italiana definisce texture
e disegni che utilizzano le tessere di mosaico al posto
dei pixel (l’unità di misura puntiforme delle immagini
video). i’Pix riproduce e fa propria la frammentarietà delle superfici digitali creando intricati e complessi motivi geometrici, ricreando pellami, damaschi,
fiori, e astrazioni materiche, così come appare nella
videoarte quando si osservano immagini video a distanze ravvicinate.
Come l’accostamento di diversi tessuti che compongono un elegante abito da sera, in i’Pix confluiscono le
diverse collezioni di mosaico SICIS; tessere trasparenti
o iridescenti, specchiate o ramate, zigrinate o martellate. La Collezione i’Pix miscela tessere “ton-sur-ton”
o a contrasto creando una rosa di pannelli inimitabili;
figurativi o astratti, dai toni caldi e cremosi o dai toni
freschi ed acquatici.
Nascono così superfici assolutamente sorprendenti,
adattabili a qualsiasi ambiente, proprio come un vestito da sogno declinato su misura, per un prezioso
tocco di custom-design che riveste lo spazio secondo
lo stile unico ed il “savoir faire” di SICIS, la Maison 100%

A pixel is universally defined as the smallest single
component of a digital image.SICIS i’Pix defines
texture and design, utilizing mosaic chips as
distinct scalar elements of a multi-component
representation.
As a designer would select and combine various
materials to create an elegant evening dress, i’Pix
incorporates SICIS’s diverse glass mosaic collections, including transparent, iridescent, mirrored,
and textured materials.
With over 500 colors, our client is presented with
the freedom to choose from innumerable variations, patterns, and palettes. With this autonomy,
the i’Pix collection demonstrates infinitude, creating inimitable patterns ranging from tone on tone
to strong contrasts, both figurative and abstract.
The surfaces are surprising, adaptable to every
type of ambience, with the precious touch of custom design to clad ones space with the unparalleled savoir faire of SICIS, la Maison 100 % made in
