Abstract:
Dynamic processes involved in surface
reactions cover the range from
macroscopic down to shortest time and
length scales. Of particular interest are
phenomena described in the framework of
nonlinear dynamics with spatio-temporal
self-organization on mesoscopic scale.
The underlying principles will be illustrated
by selected examples
