Dal 2006: BNP Paribas REIM SGR p.A. – Head of Transaction Management, responsabile delle
attività di investimento e disinvestimento per i Fondi gestiti dalla SGR, nonché delle attività per la
costituzione di nuovi fondi ad apporto.

Estate Fund – IREF”, ricerca, analisi e finalizzazione di investimenti immobiliari.

managing the team dealing with investments and disposals of the real estate assets of the funds of the
SGR as well as with the creation of real estate funds.
From 2005 to 2006: he was Fund and Asset Manager of the “Italian Real Estate Fund – IREF” at Beni
Stabili Gestioni SGR S.p.A.. He dealt with the research, the analysis and finalization of real estate
investments.
From 2001 to 2005 he was investment/asset manager at IXIS AEW Italia S.p.A.; from 2004 he was
project leader for the activities of “strategic advisor” for the creation of the Fund Patrimonio 1.
From 2000 to 2001 he dealt with the valuation of real estate assets, the feasibility studies, with
researches regarding town planning transformations in Italy and France at REAG s.r.l..
From 1998 to 1999 he managed the extraordinary maintenance activities of office buildings (IBM
branches) at Astrim Facilities Management.
From 1985 to 1998: Permanent Collaborator of several architecture firms. He dealt with town
planning activities and with administrative procedures regarding residential and industrial buildings, with
works to refurbish real estate assets.
