Scavaraccoglipatate destinata alla raccolta delle patate
precoci e delicate in ogni tipo di terreno.
La SV2 e una macchina di tipo trainato, con scavatore
dotato di vomere a tre lame ad inclinazione variabile
e dischi tagliaerba, montati su molle. La profondità
viene regolata mediante rullo tastatore.
Il nastro scavatore è largo 800 mm, a barre piegate,
per consentire il trasporto dei tuberi evitandone
rotolamento e sbucciature. La tavola di cernita è larga
700 mm e vi possono prendere comodamente posto
4 operatori, che manualmente cerniscono il prodotto
e lo trasferiscono sui nastri laterali, larghi 200 mm, dai
quali verrà trasportato nel contenitore (o casse o
sacchi) posto su un muletto posizionato nella parte
posteriore della macchina. La SV2 è dotata inoltre di
timone idraulico, ruote sterzanti, muletto girevole, (per
lo scarico dei contenitori fuori fila), impianto idraulico
indipendente con pompa da 25 l e serbatoio. I nastri
sono azionati idraulicamente e si possono regolare in
velocità. Sostituendo il pik-up anteriore, la SV2 può
essere utilizzata come raccoglitrice in andana, per
cipolla ed altri prodotti.
COMAR SV2
The Elevator Potatoes Digger SV2 has been intended
to pick up early and very delicate potatoes and to be
used in any kind of soil.
The SV2 is a towed machine, the potatoes digger pick
up consists of a system comprising adjustable tilt
angle 3 blade share and grass-cutting discs fitted on
springs. The digging depth is settled by a swinging
feeler roller.
The elevator sieving belt is 800 mm large, with folded
up bars, to allow the tubers transport and to avoid
rolling and peeling. The selection platform is large 700
mm and 4 operators can take place on it. The product
is manually sorted and moved on the side belts (200
mm large), from which is transferred into the container
(boxes or bags) placed on a forklift rear positioned.
The SV2 is provided with hydraulic drawbar, steering
wheels, swivel forklift (to discharge the containers out
of line), independent hydraulic system with pump of
25 lt and tank. The sorting belts are hydraulic operated
and they can be adjusted on speed. To replacing the
fore pick-up the SV2 can become a harvesting machine
for onions and other products.
