5. Il braccio stallonatore consente un’apertura fino a 410 mm, ed
è dotato di regolatore di corsa per eliminare la possibilità di schiacciamento del pneumatico. Lo stallonatore è azionato da un cilindro
pneumatico a doppio effetto interamente realizzato in acciaio inox
che sviluppa una potenza di 15500 N sulla pala. Battuta stallonatore scorrevole e rulliera per l’appoggio del pneumatico preservano
dal rischio di dannaggiare il bordo del cerchio e rendendo più agevole l’operazione di stallonatura.
The bead breaking arm has a stroke of up to 410 mm and is fitted
with stroke regulator to rule out the risk of crushing the tyre. The
bead breaker is operated by a double-acting pneumatic cylinder
made from 100% stainless steel, generating a power of 15500
N on the blade. The sliding bead breaker stop and roller way to
support the tyre both protect the edge of the rim from the risk of
damage and simplify the bead breaking procedure.
