Seguono chiarimenti in risposta a quesiti posti da operatori economici
interessati alla gara.
Hereunder clarifications following specific requests from economic operators
interested in the call for tenders.

Formulario offerta tecnica
3.1- Numerazione: manca l’esperto 2, si tratta di una svista?
3.2 E’ sufficiente indicare solo un esperto per ogni posizione?
3.3 Nel caso di partecipazione ad entrambi i lotti, è necessario presentare due team
differenti?

Formulario offerta tecnica
3.1- Sì, trattasi di una svista. La numerazione giusta è: 1- Responsabile Tecnico; 2Architetto, ecc... Una nuova versione del formulario datata 30/04/2010 è resa
pubblica nel sito.
3.2- Sì, è sufficiente indicare solo un esperto per ogni posizione.
3.3- Il team può essere lo stesso. Il formulario di offerta va comunque compilato per
ciascun lotto separatamente.

3.1- Numbering: the expert n.2 is missing; is it due to an error?
3.2 One expert for position is enough?
3.3 In case of participation in the two lots, the teams must be different?

Technical Offer Forms
3.1- It was a mistake. The right numbering is as follows: 1- Technical Responsible, 2
Architect, etc.…. A new version dated 30/04/2010 is available at the internet address.
3.2 Yes. One expert for position is enough.
3.3 In case of participation in the two lots, the teams may be the same. However the
technical offer must be submitted separately.

Formulario offerta economica
4.1 - Parte A, il testo di diverse celle é tagliato e le celle non son modificabili (es. artt.
9.3.c, 9.4, 12.3).
4.2- Il calcolo per altezze superiori a 5 m, parte A, art. 12.3 non ci pare chiaro.
4.3- Il riferimento Parte A, art. 15.6 all’art. I.6.4 del contratto sembra errato, si intende
l’art. I.12?
4.4- Diverse celle di calcolo sono bloccate (celle tabelle CZ, XZ, VZ di immissione %
maggiorazione attività in zone controllate).
4.5- I prezzi relativi alla relazione geologica PCS 15 del foglio EPU non sembra vengano
utilizzati nello “scenario” di cui al sommario.
4.6- I rilievi particolareggiati di impianti di cui all’art. 12.7 sono solo quelli degli edifici
(Disciplinare art. 8.2.g. e tariffe RE) o anche delle infrastrutture (Disciplinare art. 8.3,
tariffe RI)?

Formulario offerta economica
4.1- È resa pubblica una nuova versione del formulario datata 30/04/2010, sia per il Lotto
1 che per il Lotto 2, dove le mancanze segnalate sono state rimediate:
Lotto 1:
Foglio EPU, Parte A, Celle: B182 (§9.3c), B184 (§9.4) e B210 (§12.3)
Lotto 2:
Foglio EPU,Parte A, Celle: B166 (§8.2a), B182 (§9.3c), B184 (§9.4) e B210 (§12.3)
4.2- Per i piani (o porzioni di piano) di altezza superiore a 5m, si misurerà la superficie
dei muri perimetrali del piano posta a più di 5m dal pavimento del piano. Agli effetti
contabili, la metà (50%) del valore di questa superficie di muri sarà aggiunta alla
superficie lorda del piano.
4.3- Sì, il riferimento all’art. I.6.4 del contratto incluso nell'art. 15.6 della Parte A è
sbagliato; il riferimento giusto è all'Art. I.12 del contratto.
4.4- Le nuove versioni di cui a §4.1 sopra includono anche le seguenti correzioni:
Lotto 1:
Foglio EPU, Parte B, Celle: G572 (p.u. CZ), G601 (p.u. XZ) e G678 (p.u. VZ).
Lotto 2:
Foglio EPU, Parte B, Celle: G491 (p.u. DZ), G576 (p.u. CZ), G607 (p.u. XZ), G647
(p.u. RZ) e G690(p.u.VZ)
4.5- I prezzi riguardanti la relazione geologica PCS 15 del foglio EPU (per entrambi Lotti)
non sono stati inclusi per errore. Le nuove versioni del formulario includono delle
previsioni di utilizzo.
4.6- I rilievi particolareggiati d'impianti degli edifici (Disciplinare art. 8.2.g) sono
remunerati a vacazione applicandole tariffe delle Tabelle V (come dall’art. 12.7 della
Parte A), perché esclusi dalle tariffe RE. La remunerazione dei rilievi particolareggiati
degli impianti infrastrutturali (Disciplinare art. 8.3) s'intende inclusa nelle tariffe RI; tali
rilievi non sono oggetto di remunerazione separata a vacazione.
4.7- Per iniziativa della Commissione, sono state introdotte nei nuovi formulari le
seguenti correzioni:
a) Lotto 1 e Lotto 2: foglio CME, le quantità per le voci W11b e W13b sono state
portate da 2 a 1.
b) Lotto 2, foglio EPU, sono state eliminate le NB2 alle tabelle CA, CE, CV, XP, RE,
RI, RT, VC, VM e VE.

Economical Offer Forms
4.1 - Part A, the text in some cells is cut, being the relative cells locked (e.g. art. 9.3.c,
9.4, 12.3).
4.2- Part A, art. 12.3: It is not clear how to compute the surface for heights over 5m.
4.3- Parte A, art. 15.6, reference to art. I.6.4 of the contract seems wrong; should not be
art. I.12?
4.4- Several cells for unit prices are locked (cells in tables CZ, XZ, VZ % overprice for
activity in controlled zones).
4.5-It appears that the unit prices for geological reports, PCS 15 of the EPU sheet, are
not taken into account in the “scenario” (CME sheet).
4.6- The detailed description of installations referred to in art. 12.7 (Part A) are only those
of buildings (Technical specification. 8.2.g. and unit price RE) or do they include the
infrastructures (Technical specification . 8.3 and unit price RI)?

4.1 – A new version (dated 30 April) is now available with the following modifications:
Lot 1:
Sheet EPU, Part A, Cells: B182 (§9.3c), B184 (§9.4) e B210 (§12.3)
Lot 2:
Sheet EPU, Part A, Cells: B166 (§8.2a), B182 (§9.3c), B184 (§9.4) e B210 (§12.3)
4.2- Part A, art. 12.3: For the building stories (or part of storey) with more than 5 m
height, the surface of the part of the wall placed over 5 m from the storey level shall
be measured. Half of the value of such surface is to be added to the floor surface, for
the accountancy purposes.
4.3- Part A, art. 15.6, reference to art. I.6.4 of the contract is wrong; the right reference is
art. I.12 of the contract.
4.4-The new versions of the forms include the following corrections:
Lot 1:

account in the “scenario” (CME) due to an error. The new versions include quantities
related to those unit prices.
4.6- The detailed description of installations included in buildings (ref. Technical
Specifications art 8.2g) is paid by applying unit prices from Tables V, in accordance
with art. 12.7 (Part A), because they are excluded from unit prices RE. The payment
for the detailed description of infrastructural installations (ref. Technical Specifications
art 8.3) is included in unit prices from Table RI; those detailed descriptions are not
paid separately, by applying unit prices from Tables V.
4.7- On the Commission's initiative, the new forms include also the following
modifications:
a) Lot 1 and Lot 2: sheet CME, quantities for items W11b e W13b have been
modified: 1 instead of 2.
b) Lot 2, sheet EPU, the NB2 at the bottom of tables CA, CE, CV, XP, RE, RI, RT,
VC, VM and VE, have been deleted.
