CARATTERISTICHE
Il circuito 5982 è una scheda elettronica c he tras mette un mess aggio SMS memorizzato a 29 numeri telefonici programmabili nella SIM
utilizzata.
INSTALL AZIONE
Il circuito può ess ere posizionato all'interno di una centrale di allarme, in modo tale c he nessuna parte in tensione possa provocare corti circuiti.
La relati va antenna adesi va può ess ere inserita all'interno di un box di plastica, ma deve ess ere pos ta all'ester no nel caso di box metallico. La
posizione dell'antenna è fondamentale per il funzionamento della scheda, per cui è obbligatorio effettuare prove reali di funzionamento.
Prestare attenzione alla c onnessione del c avo antenna, avendo c ura di inserire a fondo.
COLLEGAMENTI
Collegare i fili rosso (+) e nero (-) ad una fonte di alimentazione 6-15V CC atti va s olo durante gli allarmi e capac e di sopportare picchi di
corrente di 2A: l’alimentazione della scheda deve durare per il tempo nec essario alla tras missione del mess aggio a tutti i numeri (veder e oltre).
FUNZIONAMENTO
In c ondizioni di allar me la sc heda vi ene ali mentata e richiede un tempo variabile da z ona a z ona in funzione della copertura GSM per la ricerca
del campo (5 - 20 secondi); stabilita la connessione GSM comincia l’invio dei messaggi a partire dal primo numero, poi il secondo e c osì via.
L’apparecc hio tenta la spedizione del messaggio fino a tre volte, poi pass a al numero s uccessi vo. Ovviamente l’invio c on s uccesso del
mess aggio non significa che il des tinatario l’abbia effetti vamente ricevuto.
Il tempo necessario all’invio del messaggio a tutti i 29 numeri possibili non dipende dall’apparecc hio ma dal gestore della SIM: mediamente in
tre mi nuti vengono inviati messaggi a 10 – 15 numeri: per l’invio a tutti i numeri è nec essario che la scheda 5982 resti alimentata per 6-9 minuti
(tempo di allarme). Stabilito il tempo di alimentazione della sc heda effettuare una prova per accertar e che tutti i numeri impos tati ricevano il
mess aggio. L’apparecc hio provvede autonomamente a cancellare la notifica di mess aggio invi ato per non intasare l a memoria SIM.
Il led s ulla scheda evidenzi a le s eguenti operazioni:
led con lampeggio breve: normal e stato di funzionamento
led con lampeggio frequente: ricerca della rete GSM
PROGRAMMAZIONE MESSAGGIO E NUMERI
La SIM che sarà utilizzata dall’apparecchio 5982 deve essere ins erita in un qualunque telefono cellulare e pr ogrammata seguendo le istruzioni
del telefono stess o. Ter minata la programmazione estrarre la SIM e ins erirla nella scheda 5982 come indicato. La programmazi one della SIM
richiede le seguenti operazioni:
1) Inserire la SIM da programmare in un tel efono c ellulare qualunque
2) Eliminare il codice PIN in modo che all’accensione la scheda abbi a immediato acc esso alla rete GSM
3) Aggiungere in rubrica (memorizzazione s u SIM) i numeri telefonici ai quali si vuol e mandar e l' allarme , a partire dalla posizione 1 fi no alla
29 s e necess ario.
4) Selezionare il menù messaggi e verificare c he non siano presenti mess aggi non letti e/o ricevuti.
5) Togliere la SIM dal telefono, ins erirla nel modulo ALERT, collegarlo alla centrale utilizzata e mandarla i n allarme per almeno 3 minuti: in
questo modo si alimenta ALERT (è possibile alimentare ALERT anche con una batteria 12V, ma occ orre porre la massim a attenzione al
colleg amento filo rosso = positivo, poichè non vi è protezione contro l'inversione d ella polarità. Invertendo la polar ità ALERT si
guasta irr epar abilm ente ! )
6) Attendere 1 minuto, affinc hè il modulo sia connesso in rete . Nel frattempo comporre su un cellular e qualunque il messaggio SMS di
allarme c he si vorrà utilizzare con ALERT (max 65 c aratteri compresi gli spazi)
7) Inviare tale messaggio al numero della SIM che si trova nel modulo ALERT: dopo alcuni sec ondi ALERT ritrasmetterà il messaggio ai
numeri programmati nella fase 2. Verificare c he ci ò avvenga.
8) Disalimentare ALERT e collegarlo alla c entral e utilizzata: non appena sar à ali mentato dalla c entral e (stato di allarme) ALERT troverà campo
GSM ed invierà il mess aggio come nella fase 6.
Dovendo modificare il mess aggio ripetere l'intera operazi one.
NOTA IMPORTANTE: la scheda non dispone di controllo SIM, per cui l'utilizzatore è tenuto a controllare periodicam ente la scadenza SIM
ed il credito residuo. Il fabbricante declina ogni responsabilità per malfunzionamenti dovuti alla rete GSM e/o adempimenti contrattuali fra
l'utilizzatore ed il gestore di rete GSM.

Positionner le module à l’intérieur d’une c entr ale d’ alarme : auc un élément sous tensi on ne doit provoquer de court circuit.
Insérer l’antenne adhésive :
boîti er plastique : à l’intérieur
boîti er métal :
à l’extérieur du boitier
Attention : la position de l’antenne est fondamental e au foncti onnement du module : il est donc obligatoire de faire des essais de
foncti onnement réel.
Vérifier soigneusement la c onnexi on du c âble- antenne, en l’enfonç ant bien au fond.
Insérer la SIM qui sera utilisée dans un téléphone GSM, puis s ui vre la programmation du tél éphone :
Eliminer le code PIN de la SIM (pour permettre, à la mise sous tension, la rec herche i mmédiate du c hamp GSM et l’envoi des
mess ages).
Composer et mémoriser sur l a SIM, à l’emplac ement 1, le mess age SMS à envoyer (max. 65 c aractèr es, y c ompris les es pac es).
Eliminer tout autre mess age.
Composer et mémoriser sur l a SIM, l es numéros de téléphone à qui trans mettre le message dans les loc ations de 1 à 29 (voir plus
loin : point 9 puis fonctionnem ent)
Retirer la SIM et la plac er dans le module.
Connecter les fils rouge (+) et noir (-) à une s ource d’ali mentati on 6-15 V CC, ac tive uniquem ent durant les phas e d’alarme et
capable de s upporter des pics de c ourant de 2A : l’alimentation de la carte doit durer pour l e temps nécess aire à l a transmission du
mess age à tous les numéros ( voir fonctionnement)

En phas e d’ alarme, l’alimentation arrive au modul e.
Le module demande un temps variable (selon les zones de couvertures) pour la rec herche du champs GSM : 5 à 20 sec.
A la stabilisation de la connexi on, le module envoie le message du 1er au dernier numéro (dans l’or dre).
L’appareil tente 3 fois d’envoyer le message, avant de pass er au numéro s uivant.
Attention : l’envoi du mess age ne signifie pas s a réc eption par le desti nataire.
Le temps nécess aire à l’envoi à tous les numéros dépend du ges tionnaire de l a SIM et non de l’appareil :
10-15 numéros :
3 mi nutes en moyenne
29 numéros :
6 à 9 minutes.
Effectuer un essai après avoir déterminer le temps d’ alimentation du module, pour vérifier que tous les numéros enr egistrés reçoi vent
effec tivement le mess age.
Le module efface automatiquement la mémoire des messages envoyés, pour ne pas remplir la mémoire SIM.

NB : le module ne dispos e pas de c ontr ôle de la SIM. L’utilisateur es t donc tenu de c ontr ôler périodiquement l’échéance SIM et le crédit
résiduel. Le fabriquant décline toute res pons abilité pour le mal fonc tionnement du au réseau GSM et / ou les ter mes c ontrac tuels entre
l’utilisateur et le gesti onnaire du rés eau GSM.

Circuit 5982 is a printed circuit board whic h transmits a stored SMS mess age to 29 phone numbers programmable on the SIM which is us ed.
INSTALL ATION
The circuit c an be put at the inside of a control unit, i n suc h way that none of the parts subject to tension may provoke short circuits. T he
relevant adhesi ve antenna may be put at the insi de of a plas tic housing, but must be placed at the outsi de in cas e of metallic housi ngs.
The position of the antenna is fundamental for the working of the pcb; therefore it is obligator y to make a r eal testing of functioning.
Pay attention to the c onnection of the antenna c abl e by taking car e to insert thoroughl y.
CONNECTIONS
Connect red (+) and blac k (-) wires to a 6-15V DC suppl ying source just wor king during alarms and capable to withstand 2A current peaks:
power suppl y of the pcb has to last for the l apse of time required for transmission of the mess age to all numbers (see below).
FUNCTIONING
In alarm status the circuit is power supplied and will require a time lapse varyi ng from area to area depending on the GSM covering for
searching field (5-20 sec onds); once GSM connecti on is made sending of the messages will be started beginning with the first number, then
the s econd one and s o on. The device will make up to 3 attempts for s endi ng the message, and then will pass to the followi ng number. Of
course s uccess ful s ending of the message does not mean that the address ee indeed has r ecei ved the same. The time which will be necess ary
to send the message to all possi ble 29 numbers does not depend on the device but on the SIM operator: on average within thr ee minutes time
mess ages will be sent to 10-15 numbers: for sending the message to all numbers pcb 5982 needs to be power supplied for 6-9 minutes (alarm
period). Upon definiti on of the laps e of power suppl y carr y out a test for maki ng sure that all numbers which have been enter ed will correctly
receive the mess age. T he device will autonomousl y cancel the notification of mess age sent to avoid that the SIM memor y will be bloc ked.

PROGRAMMING OF MESSAGE AND NUMBERS:
the SIM which will be used from device 5982 has to be put in any kind of mobile phone following the instructi ons of this latter. Onc e the
programmi ng has been ended take out the SIM and insert it in pcb 5982 as indicated. Programming of the SIM requires the following
operations :
1) remove the PIN code for obtaining immediate acc ess to the GSM net at tur ning on
2) compose and store on loc ation 1 of the SIM the SMS to be sent (max 65 characters including the spaces). Remove possible other
mess ages
3) enter and store on l ocati ons 1-29 of the SIM the phone numbers to whic h to transmit the message.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: the pcb does not c hec k the SIM c ard, and therefore the u ser p eriodically has to ch eck the SIM expir y and the credit
left. The manufactur er declines all responsibility for bad functioning due to the GSM net a/o contractual fulfilments between us er and GSM net
operator.
EIGENSCH AFTEN
Der Schaltkreis 5982 ist eine elektronische Steuerplatine, die ei ne ges peicherte SMS-Meldung an 29, auf der verwendeten SIM - Karte
programmi erbare Telefonnummern überträgt.
INSTALL ATION
Der Schaltkreis kann im Inneren einer Al armzentrale so angebracht werden, daß kein unter Spannung stehender T eil Kurzschlüss e verursachen
kann. Die entspr echende Klebeantenne kann im Inneren eines Kuns tstoffgehäuses aufgenommen werden, muß jedoch im Falle eines
Metallgehäuses Auß en angebrac ht werden. Die Position der Antenne ist wes entlich für die Funktion der Schaltkarte, effekti ve Funktions proben
sind daher obligatorisch. Antennenkabel sorgfältig bis zum unteren Ansc hlag einführen.
ANSCHLÜSSE
Roten (+) und schwarzen (-) Draht an eine Vers orgungsquelle 6-15V GS ansc hließen, die nur während der Alarme in Betrieb ist und
Spannungsspitzen von 2A aus halten kann. Die Versorgung der Sc haltkarte muß die erforderliche Zeit zur Übertragung der Meldung an alle
Nummern dauern (siehe i n der Folge).
BETRIEB
Im Alarmz ustand wird die Sc haltkarte versorgt und erfordert zur Felds uche (5 – 20 Sekunden), in Abhängigkeit von der GSM – Deckung, eine
von Zone z u Zone unterschiedliche Zeit. N ach erfolgter GMS - Verbi ndung beginnt di e Sendung der Meldungen, angefangen von der ersten
Nummer, dann die zweite, us w. Das Gerät macht bis zu drei Ü bertragungs versuc he der Meldung und geht dann auf die näc hste Nummer über.
Natürlich bedeutet die erfolgreiche Sendung der Meldung nic ht, daß der Adress at sie effekti v er halten hat.
Die erforderliche Z eit z ur Sendung der Mel dung an alle 29 möglichen Nummern Zeit hängt nic ht vom Gerät ab, sondern vom Betreiber der SIM
– Karte. D urchschnittlich wer den in drei Minuten Meldungen an 10 – 15 Nummern gesendet, zur Sendung an alle Nummern muß die
Schaltkarte 5982 6-9 Minuten (Alar mdauer) versorgt bleiben. Nach Festlegung der Versorgungsdauer der Schaltkarte, eine Probe durchführ en,
um zu ermitteln, daß alle eingegebenen Nummern die Mel dung erhalten. Das Gerät nimmt automatisch die Löschung der Mitteilung „Meldung
gesendet“ vor, um den SIM – Speicher nicht z u verstopfen.
Die LED auf der Sc haltkarte z eigt folgende Vorgänge an:

LED mit häufigem Blinken: Suc he GSM - Netz
PROGRAMMIERUNG DER MELDUNGEN UND NUMMERN:
Die für das Gerät 5982 ver wendete SIM – Karte wird in ei n beliebiges Handy einges tec kt und unter Befolgung der Anleitungen des Telefons
programmi ert. Nac h Beendigung der Programmierung SIM – Karte heraus nehmen und wie angezeigt in die Schaltkarte 5982 einführen. Die
Programmi erung der SIM – Karte erfordert folgende M aßnahmen:
4) PIN - Code ausschließen, damit die Karte bei m Ei nschalten sofortigen Zutritt zum GSM-Netz erhält.
5) Auf der SIM – Karte, in Position 1, die zu s endende SMS – Meldung erstellen und speichern ( max. 65 Sc hriftzeichen einschl.
Leerräume). Eventuelle andere Meldungen l öschen.
6) Auf der SIM – Karte, i n den Positi onen 1 bis 29 di e Tel efonnummern, an die die Mel dung übertragen werden soll, eingeben und
speichern.
W ICHTIGE ANMERKUNG: Die Schaltkarte verfügt über keine SIM - Kontrolle, daher sollte der Benutzer per iodisch die F ällig keit d er SIM –
Karte und den r estlichen Kredit kontrollier en. Der H ersteller lehnt j ede Verantwortung für durc h das GSM – Netz bedingte Störungen oder
vertragliche Erfüllung zwischen Benutz er und Betrei ber des GSM – Netzes ab.
