Venice
ON THE ADRIATIC SEA
Football, beach and sun ad infinitum – discover the Italian Adriatic coastline around Rimini,
Riccione and Cattolica! The pulsating resorts do not only offer countless ice cream parlours,
bars, restaurants, pizzerias and discotheques but also a multitude of tourist features and
entertainment activities. Apart from this there are numerous exciting football matches and
you will have the possibility to get to know youth football teams from all over Europe.
Rome
Organization
This tournament is organized by the FYA 3 Villaggi Riccione and the Municipio di
Riccione in cooperation with KOMM MIT.
Sports facilities
Games are played on an artificial turf pitch in the stadium of the sports grounds of
the City of Riccione and the FYA 3 Villaggi Riccione, another high quality artificial turf
pitch as well as another grass field pitch. The facilities are of course equipped with
changing rooms and showers. Furthermore, additional artificial turf and natural grass
pitches are available for seven a side matches in the surroundings of Riccione.
Lodging
The teams are accommodated in common family-owned hotels/guest houses
(regional standard) in Cattolica, Riccione and Rimini in rooms with three or four beds.
Adults accompanying the teams can book single or double rooms at an extra charge
(one single room per 20 persons or per team in case of a smaller group). You can also
book a hotel of a higher category.
Board
Full board (Italian cuisine) is provided throughout your stay. First meal: dinner, last meal:
packed lunch instead of a lunch at the hotel. Set lunch and dinner menus with alternatives are provided and a breakfast buffet according to the custom of the country. Breakfast beverages like coffee, tea and juice are included.
Excursions
Also beside the football pitches and beaches the region offers lots of possibilities for
excursions and recreational activities: The Acquario di Cattolica is worth a visit to
discover not just the Adriatic’s “underwater world”. Europe’s oldest republic, San Marino,

Transfer
The KOMM MIT staff will be pleased to arrange the journey there and the return journey
by bus for you as well as your bus transfer during the tournament. In case you arrive
“on your own”, by private car, bus, train or airplane, please always consider that you
have also to be mobile on site.
