Among the many sectors Cismac addresses
with its handling systems, that of bricks and
tiles has an important place. In fact, for 30
years our company has been manufacturing
machines and systems that optimize ever y
stage in brick and tile production, in terms of
faster operations, "yield" of the material, and
overall profitability of production. All this is
possible thanks to the high technological
value of Cismac systems, the cutting-edge
solutions adopted, and the reliability and
safety of every single component. We supply
standard a wide range of machines for brick
and tile handling, starting from the wet material
extrusion zone, to the operations of palletizing,
packaging and automatic yard storage. By
request we design personalized complex
systems and machines, according to the
customer's needs.
Tra i numerosi settori ai quali Cismac propone i
propri sistemi di movimentazione, quello dei laterizi
occupa un posto di privilegio. La nostra azienda,
infatti, da ben trent’anni realizza macchine e impianti
che ottimizzano ogni fase della lavorazione del
laterizio dal punto di vista della velocizzazione
delle operazioni, della “resa” del materiale,
dell’economicità complessiva della produzione.
E’ un risultato possibile grazie all’elevato valore

d’avanguardia adottate, all’af fidabilità e alla

forniamo un’ampia gamma di macchine per la
movimentazione del laterizio a partire dalla zona
di estrusione del materiale umido, fino alle
operazione di pallettizzazione, confezionamento e
stoccaggio automatico a piazzale. Su richiesta
progettiamo macchine e sistemi complessi
personalizzati, in base alle necessità espresse dal
cliente.

Unter den zahlreichen Branchen, die Cismac mit
Förder- und Automatisierungssystemen beliefert,
nehmen die Ziegeleien eine wichtige Stellung ein.
Seit nicht weniger als drei Jahrzehnten plant und
baut Cismac Maschinen und Anlagen zur Optimierung
der einzelnen Ziegelherstel-lungsphasen, die auf eine
Reduzierung der Produktionszeiten, eine bessere
Materialnutzung und eine Verbesserung der
Gesamtwirtschaf-tlichkeit der Produktion abzielen.
Erreicht werden diese Ziele dank des hohen
Technologieinhaltes der Cismac-Systeme, der zur
Anwendung kommenden, innovativen Lösungen, der
Zuverlässigkeit und der Sicherheit der einzelnen
Komponenten. Cismac liefert serienmäßig eine breite
Palette von Maschinen für die Bewegung der Ziegel
ab der Feuchtmaterial-Fließpressung bis zur
automatischen Palettierung, Verpackung und Lagerung
im Freien. Auf Wunsch übernimmt Cismac auch die
Planung und Ausführung von komplexen, den
jeweiligen kundenspezifischen Anforderungen
entsprechenden Maschinen und Systemen.
Parmi les nombreux secteurs auxquels Cismac

produits en terre cuite occupe une place

des produits en terre cuite depuis la zone

opérations de palettisation, conditionnement et
stockage automatique à l'extérieur. Sur demande,
nous concevons des machines et des systèmes
complexes personnalisés, selon les besoins de
la clientèle.
