Molto spesso ci si trova in difficoltà nel
riuscire ad organizzare le tante informazioni
che si vogliono veicolare. Saper estrapolare i
concetti più significativi, rendere i messaggi
chiari, impattanti, può essere difficile.
Un altro aspetto fondamentale è saper
visualizzare dati, report, attività con
chiarezza, senza “invadere” l’interlocutore o
la platea con slide di difficile comprensione.

SIMON THOMAS
Simon first joined the retail sector in 1995,
building his early experience within
Operations for Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer
and Christian Salvesen Logistics. In 1998
Simon joined the Asda Supply Chain and led
numerous teams across Food and General
Merchandise to deliver world-class
availability for customers. From the buzz of
successfully recruiting, leading and growing
his people, he discovered his passion for
training and became an Asda Skills
Development Tutor in 2010. Simon moved
into Senior Projects and Store Format
Development roles in 2011, and continued to
shape and deliver game-changing training
programmes across Asda. He qualified with a
