Terminati gli studi presso gli Istituti Superiori ha iniziato nel 1969, presso la Accademia
Navale di Livorno, la carriera militare nel Corpo Tecnico delle Armi Navali.
Nel corso dei quaranta anni di carriera ha effettuato corsi di specializzazione su complessi
sistemi computerizzati e sofisticate tecnologie per uso militare, presso le Società General
Dynamics (Pomona), Hughes Company ( Columbus - Wisconsin), Raytheon ( Tucson Arizona),e
le basi militari della US Navy Naval Ship Weapon System Engineering Station ( Port Hueneme
California),Indian Head ( Meryland ).
Ha altresì operato,come membro permanente, presso il " Defense Technical Committee", in
Washington D.C., appointed by the Italian Navy Administration for the treatment of issues
relating to technical, administrative, and logistical support, Plants and Defence Systems Unit of
the Naval Navies belonging to NATO.
Nel corso di detto incarico ha partecipato,come relatore,a meeting tenuti presso le seguenti
Nazioni: Spain – France – Germany – Netherlands - Greece - Egypt - Kwait - Australia. Ha
effettuato corsi di specializzazione nel settore della sicurezza.
Terminata nel 2005 la carriera militare,ha assunto ruoli di Direzione presso Società operanti
nel settore del Brokeraggio, Oil e Gas e delle tecnologie innovative(High Tech).
Egli ha acquisito negli anni una importanti esperienze sia nelle relazioni esterne e sia nella
capacità di analisi, tali da sapere interpretare l'andamento di mercato ed anticipare le possibili
mosse dei competitors, sia nel breve che nel lungo periodo.
Paolo è il Business Development Manager della ISPS UE Ltd. di Malta, responsabile di
individuare ed ottenere opportunità di business dai clienti esistenti e di potenziali nuovi clienti
e di creare percorsi e reti di contatti volti ad aumentare i profitti della Azienda.

After completing his studies at the Higher Institutes began in 1969, at the Naval Academy, a
military career in the Technical Corps of Naval Weapons.
During the forty-year career has made specialized courses, on complex computer systems and
sophisticated technologies for military use, at the companies General Dynamics (Pomona),
Hughes Company (Columbus - Wisconsin), Raytheon (Tucson Arizona), and military bases U.S.
Navy Naval Ship Weapon Systems Engineering Station (Port Hueneme California), Indian Head
(Maryland).
He also worked as a permanent member, at the "Defense Technical Committee", in
Washington DC, appointed by the Italian Navy Administration for the treatment of issues
relating to technical, administrative, and logistical support, Plants and Defense Systems Unit of
the Naval Navies Belonging to NATO.
During that assignment he participated as a supervisor at meetings held in the following
countries: Spain - France - Germany-Netherlands-Greece - Egypt - Kuwait – Australia.
He
performed
postgraduate
courses
in
the
field
of
security.
After his military career in 2005, has assumed management roles at companies operating in
the Brokerage, Oil and Gas and innovative technologies (High Tech).
He has gained valuable experience over the years both in external relations and both the
analytical skills, such as knowing how to interpret market trends and anticipate the possible
moves of competitors, both in the short and long term.
Paulo is the Business Development Manager of the ISPS EU Ltd. of Malta, responsible for
identifying and obtaining business opportunities from existing customers and potential new
customers and create pathways and networks of contacts aimed at increasing the profits of the
Company.
