Assembly Instructions
Thank you for downloading the " VMAX " paper craft model. By simply
following this manual while referring to the names and numbers shown on the
parts sheets, you can assemble an authentic-looking replica of the VMAX.
Assembly instructions: Fifteen A4-sized sheets.
Paper craft: Sixteen A4-sized sheets with 174 parts in all
These instructions apply only to the " VMAX ".
These Paper Craft parts are easier to work with when printed out on strong,
thick paper (like postcard stock).
*In creating these Paper Craft models we use 135kg Kent paper stock (0.18mm).

Grazie per aver scaricato il CartoModello della VMAX. Seguendo le istruzioni di questo manuale,
con riferimento ai nomi e ai numeri indicati, è possibile assemblare un modellino perfettamente
identico alla strepitosa e possente VMAX.
Istruzioni per l’assemblaggio: 15 fogli in formato A4
CartoModello: 16 fogli in formato A4 per un totale di 174 componenti
Queste istruzioni si riferiscono esclusivamente alla VMAX
Altri CartoModelli possono essere scaricati separatamente.

Item of Caution
*Take care when using sharp or pointed objects or when using bladed cutting tools. Place a heavy
sheet of paper under the paper you want to cut.
*Use glue and other adhesives only in well-ventilated areas. *When printing, use a slightly reduced
font size as there are many differences in dimensions depending on the type of printer used.

* Maneggiare con cura gli oggetti appuntiti, taglienti o muniti di lame. E’ consigliabile posizionare
un foglio spesso di cartone sotto il foglio da tagliare.
* Utilizzare collanti e adesivi esclusivamente in locali ben areati.
* Nella fase di stampa utilizzare un carattere con dimensioni ridotte, poiché si verificano variazioni
di dimensioni in base al tipo di carattere utilizzato dalla stampante
HOW TO ASSEMBLE
*Follow the working method and markings carefully. *Cut carefully along the outter line with a
cutting blade, Exacto-knife or scissors.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’ASSEMBLAGGIO
* Seguire attentamente il procedimento e i simboli indicati
* Tagliare con cura lungo la linea esterna con una taglierina, un tagliacarte o un paio di forbici.
One - point Advice
*Cut carefully with a cutting blade, Exacto-knife or scissors.
*For folding parts, first use an awl or other pointed tool to make a light crease along the dotted or
solid line. This will make the folds straight. Avoid making strong creases, as this will cause the
paper to tear.
*As an adhesive, white, wood glue is recommended.
Avoid over application as this will cause the paper to wrinkle.
*Before beginning assembly, test adhesive amounts on extra paper.
*Occasionally, white spots will be apparent on folds and cuts. Use a marker or pencil to fill-in these
spots.
It is recommended that this be done after each stage of assembly because coloring becomes more
difficult
once parts are assembled.
SUGGERIMENTI
* Tagliare con cura con una taglierina, un tagliacarte o un paio di forbici.
* Per le linguette, utilizzare prima un punteruolo o un altro attrezzo a punta per creare una
leggera incisione lungo le linee dritte o a puntini. Ciò aiuta a piegare le linguette più nettamente.
Non creare incisioni troppo profonde, altrimenti la carta potrebbe strapparsi
* Come collante è indicata la colla vinilica. Evitare l’uso di dosi eccessive: la carta potrebbe
raggrinzirsi
* Prima di iniziare il lavoro testare la colla su carta di prova.
* Talvolta potrebbero apparire macchie bianche sulle parti piegate o tagliate: usare un pennarello o
una matita per riempire queste macchie. E’ consigliabile che ciò venga eseguito dopo ogni fase
dell’assemblaggio, perché potrebbe risultare difficile colorare dopo che tutte le parti sono state
assemblate.

11 - CONCLUSIONE
Utilizzare i z punti rossi come riferimento sulle superfici da incollare
Assembly Instructions
glue the assembled parts in numerical order 1 through 14 .
1 - Glue the right and left parts of the engine to the body.
2 - Glue the right and left parts of the intake to the body.
3 - Glue the rear tire to the body.
4 - Glue the right and left side covers to the body.
5 - Glue the rear fender to the right and left frame covers.
6 - Glue the right and left rear suspensions to the rear tire and the right and left side covers.
7 - Glue exhaust C to the rear tire.
8 - Insert the right and left exhaust B into the engine.
9 - After inserting the right and left exhaust A into the engine, insert exhaust pipes A and B into
exhaust C.
10 - Glue the seat to the body.
11 - Glue the fuel top cover to the body and seat.
12 - Glue the radiator to the body.
13 - Glue the front tire to the steering column.
14 - Glue the part completed in “13” to the body.
Istruzioni per l’Assemblaggio
Incollare le componenti assemblate in ordine numerico dal numero 1 al numero 14
1 – Incollare la parte destra e sinistra del motore al corpo centrale
2 - Incollare la parte destra e sinistra della presa d’aria al corpo centrale
3 – Incollare ruota posteriore al corpo centrale
4 – Incollare le fiancatine destra e sinistra al corpo centrale
5 – Incollare il parafango posteriore alle fiancatine destra e sinistra
6 – Incollare le sospensioni posteriori destra e sinistra alla ruota posteriore e alle fiancatine destra
e sinistra
7 – Incollare il tubo di scarico C alla ruota posteriore
8 – Inserire i tubi di scarico B destro e sinistro nel motore
9 – Dopo aver inserito i tubi di scarico A destro e sinistro nel motore, inserire i tubi di scarico A e B
nello scarico C
10 – Incollare la sella al corpo centrale
11 – Incollare il (finto) serbatoio al corpo centrale e alla sella
12 – Incollare il radiatore corpo centrale
13 – Incollare la ruota anteriore al manubrio
14 – Incollare le componenti assemblate al punto 13 al corpo centrale
