STELLPLÄTZE
CONDIZIONI DI PRENOTAZIONE
1) Il deposito richiesto per la prenotazione di una piazzola è:
- 100 € per soggiorni di una settimana;
- 150 € per soggiorni di due settimane;
- 250 € per soggiorni oltre due settimane;
(pagabile tramite bonifico bancario oppure online con carta di credito). La somma di € 15 verrà trattenuta come diritto fisso di prenotazione. Al
ricevimento della caparra, verrà spedita una conferma di prenotazione. 2) Il pagamento della caparra comporta la totale accettazione delle presenti condizioni di prenotazione e del regolamento interno del campeggio. 3) Il soggiorno minimo in caso di prenotazione è una settimana (salvo
disposizioni diverse). 4) L’assegnazione della risorsa è riservata alla Direzione del Campeggio, che, compatibilmente con la disponibilità terrà conto
di esigenze particolari espresse dal cliente. Non è possibile cambiare al momento dell’arrivo la piazzola assegnata. 5) In caso di cancellazione la
stessa dovrà pervenire per iscritto almeno 45 giorni prima della data di arrivo. In questo caso il deposito verrà rimborsato con esclusione del diritto
fisso di prenotazione pari a 15 €. L’annullamento pervenuto nei 45 giorni precedenti la data di arrivo non darà diritto ad alcun rimborso, fatto
salvo l’esistenza di gravi motivi documentati. 6) In caso di ritardato arrivo o partenza anticipata, il Cliente è tenuto a pagare l’intero corrispettivo
del periodo prenotato. 7) In caso di mancato arrivo La Direzione terrà a disposizione del Cliente la risorsa assegnata sino alle ore 13 del giorno
successivo. 8) La piazzola prenotata è a disposizione del Cliente a partire dalle ore 12 e sino alle ore 12 del giorno di partenza.
PITCHES BOOKING PROCEDURE AND REGULATIONS
1) Deposit required for bookings:
- the sum of 100 € for a booking of one week
- the sum of 150 € for a booking of two weeks
- the sum of 250 € for a booking longer than two weeks.
From this sum 15 € will be retained as an admistration charge, the remainder will be deducted from the final bill. Campsite management will
acknowledge receipt of deposit and confirm the booking by post.
2) By paying the deposit, customers automatically agree to comply with all the present booking regulations and campsite rules. 3) Bookings
are accepted for a minimum period of one week. 4) The emplacement will be allocated by the management. All possible will be done to
allocate the emplacement in the desired location but this cannot however be guaranteed; in this event the management will not accept requests
of cancellation or reimbursement. It is not possible to change the emplacement on arrival. 5) In the event of cancellation written notice must
be given to us 45 days before the date of arrival. In this case the deposit will be refunded withholding the 15 € administration charge. When
sufficient notice is not given, or you fail to arrive the entire deposit will be retained. 6) In the case of customers shortening their stay or arriving
late the whole booked period must be paid. 7) Campsite management will keep the emplacement until 1 o’clock pm of the next day. 8) On
departure day, the emplacement must be free within 12 pm.

STELLPLÄTZE BUCHUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
1) Um die Buchung vorzunehmen, sind Sie gebeten den Betrag
- von 100 € für einwöchige Buchungen
- von 150 € für zweiwöchige Buchungen
- von 250 € für Buchungen über zwei Wochen zu zahlen.
Vom eingezahlten Betrag wird man 15 € als Buchungspesen abziehen; der Rest wird dagegen von der Endsumme abgezogen. Die Campingleitung wird eine regelmässige Bestätigung dafür ausstellen. 2) Durch die Anzahlung verpflichten sich unsere Gäste automatisch, alle
diese Reservierungsbedingungen und die Campingordnung zu akzeptieren. 3) Es werden Buchungen für eine Mindestdauer von einer Woche
angenommen. 4) Der Platz wird von der Direktion zugewiesen, ohne daß dies Anlaß zu Beschwerden, Kündigungen oder Entschädigungsforderungen geben kann. Es ist leider nicht möglich, einen bestimmten Platz auf Wunsch des Kunden zu reservieren. Die Direktion wird natürlich ihr
Bestes tun, um den Platz in der gewünschten Zone zu reservieren. Es ist nicht möglich, den zugestellten Platz bei der Ankunft zu wechseln. 5)
Eine eventuelle Annullierung muß mindestens 45 Tage vor der geplanten Ankunft schriftlich erfolgen. In diesem Fall wird die bezahlte Summe
mit Abzug von 15 € zurückbezahlt. Eine zu spät erfolgte Annullierung oder die nicht erfolgte Ankunft des Kunden zum gegebenen Termin
hat den Totalverlust der bezahlten Summe zur Folge. 6) Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise ist für vorbestellte Stellplätze den
Totalbetrag für die Dauer der gebuchten Periode zu bezahlen. 7) Die Campingleitung hält den reservierten Platz bis 13.00 Uhr des nächsten
Tages frei, dann wird der Platz weiter vermietet. 8) Die Abreise muß innerhalb 12 Uhr des festgelegten Tages erfolgen.

CONDIZIONI DI PRENOTAZIONE UNITÀ ABITATIVE
❁ Nel periodo di alta stagione tutte le unità abitative sono prenotabili settimanalmente, dalle ore 15.00 del sabato/
mercoledì alle ore 09.00 del sabato/mercoledì successivo (nel periodo di bassa stagione soggiorno minimo 3 notti).
❁ Al ricevimento dell’offerta di prenotazione dovrà essere versata la caparra richiesta ed un diritto fisso di prenotazione
di 15 €. Il pagamento della caparra comporta la totale accettazione delle presenti condizioni di prenotazione e
del regolamento interno del campeggio. ❁ L’intero periodo prenotato e confermato, verrà interamente conteggiato
e dovrà essere pagato, anche nel caso di tardato arrivo o anticipata partenza. Il conto deve essere saldato una settimana prima dell’arrivo. ❁ In caso di rinuncia al soggiorno, la caparra, verrà restituita solo qualora la relativa comunicazione scritta pervenga al Campeggio almeno 45 giorni prima dell’inizio del periodo prenotato. Saranno comunque
detratte le spese di prenotazione. ❁ Al momento dell’arrivo dovrà essere versata una cauzione di 100 € che verrà
interamente rimborsata al momento della partenza solo se l’unità abitativa sarà lasciata in perfetto ordine e pulizia. In
caso contrario saranno detratte le relative spese. ❁ Gli animali sono ammessi all’interno di alcune unità abitative.
BOOKING PROCEDURE FOR MOBILE HOMES AND CHALETS
❁ In the high season bookings are weekly from 3pm Saturday/Wednesday to 9am the following Saturday/Wednesday (in low season minimum stay 3 nights). ❁ In order to confirm the booking, a non refundable booking charge of
15 € and deposit (see booking offer for amount) will be required. By paying the deposit, customers automatically
agree to comply with all the present booking regulations and campsite rules. ❁ In case of customers shortening
their stay or arriving late, the whole booked period must be paid. The bill must be settled one week before arrival.
❁ The deposit will only be refunded when written notice of cancellation is given 45 days before arrival date. The
booking fee will however not be refunded. ❁ On arrival a refundable deposit of 100 € is required. The deposit will be
refunded on departure date, at condition that the unit is left tidy and clean, and that nothing has been damaged during
the stay. ❁ Animals are allowed inside some Mobile Homes.
BUCHUNGSBEDINGUNGEN FÜR WOHNEINHEITEN
❁ In der Hauptsaison alle Wohneinheiten können für eine Woche gebucht werden: von Samstag/Mittwoch ab 15.00
Uhr bis 09.00 Uhr des darauffolgenden Samstags/Mittwochs (in der Nachsaison Mindestdauer 3 Nächte). ❁ Bei
der Buchung müssen die vorgesehene Anzahlung und Buchungsgebühren in Höhe von 15 € bezahlt werden. Diese
Zahlung beinhaltet die totale Annahme unserer Buchungsbedingungen und Campingordnung. ❁ Der gebuchte
und bestätigte Zeitraum wird völlig angerechnet und muß dementsprechend völlig bezahlt werden, auch im Falle von
verspäteter Ankunft und vorzeitiger Abreise. Restbetrag ist spätestens eine woche vor Anreise zu begleichen. ❁
Im Falle eines Aufenthaltsverzichtes wird die Anzahlung zurückerstattet, unter der Bedingung, daß eine schriftliche
Annullierung mindestens 45 Tage vor Beginn der gebuchten Periode bei uns eintrifft. Die Buchungsgebühren können
nicht zurückerstattet werden. ❁ Bei der Ankunft muß eine Kaution in Höhe von 100 € hinterlegt werden. Diese wird
dann bei der Abreise in voller Höhe zurückerstattet, unter der Bedingung, daß die Wohneinheit sauber und ordentlich
verlassen wird. Anderenfalls wird man die notwendigen Spesen abziehen müssen. ❁ Innerhalb einiger Wohneinheiten
sind Tiere zugelassen.
