according to the European Regulation1907/2006/EC – Reach – which pertains to substances Registration,
Evaluation and Authorization, we have to communicate that, along the chain of our products' employment
(Article 33), there are substances classified SVHC, with a concentration higher than 0,1% as defined by the Article
59 of the Regulation.
Chemical European Agency ECHA last updating of SVHC list was on 17/12/15.
In the Annex 1, here attached, you can find the compounds' list that we have being supplying to you during the
last two years. If there are SVHC listed substances in a percentage higher than 0,1% in our compounds, we have
indicated the concentration of each one.
All the other SVHC substances mentioned in the updated ECHA list are neither intentionally used in your
compounds nor supplied to you.
We remember you that the presence of SVHC substances is also reported in paragraph 15.1 of MSDS.
The Safety Data Sheets referred to each material we provide to you, are normally sent together with the
first consignment.
We kindly ask you to check , for every compounds you are buying from us, whether you already have
pertinent S.D.S in your hands and, in case you shouldn't have them, please ask for them.
It will be our care to send them to you as soon as possible.
