KIT GAS CITTA’
Il kit consente ai bruciatori tipo 911 T1, 912 T1, 913 T1, 915 T1, 916 T1 e 917 T1 previsti per funzionamento a gas naturale, di bruciare gas città.

il campo di lavoro a gas città è uguale a quello per bruciatore funzionante a gas
naturale.

TRASFORMAZIONE, (fig. 1)
E’ necessario procedere come segue:

Applicare la targhetta autoadesiva fornita a corredo vicino alla targhetta caratteristiche già presente sul bruciatore.

Sulla testa di combustione per gas metano sostituire l’imbuto fiamma (1) e il distributore gas (2)
con quelli forniti a corredo.
IMPORTANTE: per funzionamento a gas città i tubetti non devono essere montati.

Smontare il gruppo testa di combustione (fig. 1, pagina 2) seguendo le indicazioni riportate
nell’istruzione del bruciatore.

Smontare il distributore per gas naturale (2), completo di anello (4), dopo aver tolto le due viti di
bloccaggio (3).

Smontare l’anello (4) dopo aver tolto le viti e rosette di bloccaggio (5).

Montare il nuovo distributore per gas città (2) e l’anello (4), tenendo però allentate le viti (5) per
consentire alla sonda di ionizzazione (6) di passare liberamente nel foro dell’anello (4).

Bloccare infine le viti (5).
POSIZIONAMENTO SONDA ELETTRODO
È lo stesso dei bruciatori per funzionamento a gas naturale. (Vedere istruzione del bruciatore).
REGOLAZIONE TESTA DI COMBUSTIONE
È la stessa dei bruciatori per funzionamento a gas naturale. (Vedere istruzione del bruciatore).
CORRELAZIONE TRA PRESSIONE DEL GAS E POTENZIALITÀ (fig. 2)
Pressione misurata al manicotto del bruciatore funzionante con gas città Pci 3,877 kWh/m3 e con
camera di combustione a 0 mbar.

rete elettrica staccata.

TOWN GAS KIT
This kit allows the burner types 911 T1, 912 T1, 913 T1, 915 T1, 916 T1 and 917 T1, set for natural gas,
to use town gas.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Thermal power:
the firing rate with town gas is exactly the same as for a burner using natural gas.

Minimum gas pressure supply to obtain the maximum output:10 mbar for BS1 e BS2;

CONVERSION (Fig. 1)
Proceed as follows:

Stick the decal supplied on, next to the data plate already on the burner.

Change the end cone (1) and the gas distributor on the natural gas combustion head with the new
ones.
IMPORTANT: To work with town gas the tubes must not be fitted.

Dismantle the combustion head (Fig. 1, page 2) following the instructions supplied with the burner.

Dismantle the natural gas distributor (2), together with its ring (4), having previously removed the two
fixing screws (3).

Dismantle the ring (4), having previously removed its screws and locking washers.

Fit the new town gas distributor (2) and its ring (4); do not tighten the screws (5) so that the ionisation
probe (6) can pass through the ring hole (4).

Tighten the screws (5).
PROBE-ELECTRODE POSITIONING
It is the same process as for natural gas (See the burner instructions).
COMBUSTION ADJUSTMENT
It is the same process as for natural gas (See the burner instructions).
CORRELATION BETWEEN GAS PRESSURE AND BURNER OUTPUT (fig. 2)
