Une entrée en Pléiade, c'est toujours un peu comme une consécration.
C'est aussi une excellente occasion de (re)découvrir un auteur et son
œuvre. Cet été, c'était le tour d'un maître incontestable du roman
d'aventure : Jules Verne. L'album qui a accompagné l'intronisation est
un excellent prétexte pour se replonger dans ces romans ayant joué
pour beaucoup dans l'éveil littéraire d'une masse de lecteurs, tout en
découvrant la vie de ce surdoué de la plume. Accompagné d'illustrations
nombreuses et somptueuses, le récit de François Angelier va droit au
but sans jamais se faire lourd.
