JEPP! Workshop, Florence 22-23 October 2015
JEPP! - the JobAct® Europe Partner Program wants to address youth unemployment in Europe
with a new approach linked to art - especially theatre - as an educational principle. The program
uses the fusion of dramatic art, biography work, social work and career planning. With its artistic
approach it motivates people, promotes entrepreneurship, fosters local networking and provides
perspectives. The main project objective is the joint development of the educational approach of
JobAct® with partners from different European countries.
JEPP! is seeking for the development and empowerment of each individual. Therefore it has art as
an educational principle in its centre. In the last 10 years, unemployed young people in Germany
have been very successfully integrated into the job market within the theatre program JobAct®.
Now we want to use the power of art to give people and organizations the courage and the idea of
how they can work with it and what is behind this idea.
Therefore we are very happy to work with you for two days to give an insight, to enable practical
experience, to present the JobAct® training programme and to discuss frame conditions and
possible collaborations.
We look forward to welcoming you at the JEPP! – Workshop in Florence! The following pages
