Appro ccio de l pro prie t ario alla so st e nibilit à e ne rge t ica : The criteria fo r co ntributio ns and free natural light was
insufficient o n the Lo mbard site given the o rientatio n o f the building, the po sitio ning o f windo ws and thick walls which greatly
reduce the po ssibilities o f so lar pro ductio n. Envelo pe perfo rmance criteria and renewable energy were thus privileged, no tably
thro ugh the ado ptio n o f a co llective wo o d bo iler. Thermally, the main challenge will be to ensure go o d air seal to prevent heat
lo ss.
-The external wo o dwo rk must have a go o d perfo rmance while maintaining their o riginal appearance. So me will be lined with
new jo inery inside.
De scrizio ne archit e t t o nica : The facades and ro o fs have been resto red by "DRAC, ICF NORTHEAST HABITAT" and
seeks to co mpletely transfo rm the building, currently co mpo sed o f several large trays. The building has typical flo o rs very
o pen based o n repetitive frame which allo ws the installatio n o f large typo lo gies in the early levels.
The 29 units are divided into 11 (1ro o m), 2 (2ro o m), 8 (3ro o m), 7 (4ro o m), 1(5ro o m). Large areas are pro vided o n the first
three levels, while the type 1 units will be gro uped o n third flo o r.

co ncern o f the gro up Rabo t Dutilleul. Other pro jects, no t exactly in patrimo ny, are already achieved this level o f perfo rmance.

residence, she is in heaven! Her new ho me is much mo re spacio us than the o ne she o ccupied until 20 February. "To day, my

flo o rs have been treated and 25 cm co ncrete flo o rs included in the facade walls (wo o d system / co ncrete) were created. Le
central partitio n wall bricks, made o f arches, gives a stro ng materiality to all. It is preserved and valued in the ho me and in
public areas. The expo sed girders are visible in all units and at all levels. The o riginal windo ws are also aware co nservées.
The o riginal wo o dwo rk are also kept. Current wall: 33cm brick with full co mplement within TH38 interio r 16 cm. Internal wall
unheated premises: 33cm full brick with interio r co mplement o f TH38 14cm. Lo w flo o r: o n-gro und flo o r; Reinfo rced co ncrete
