Further to the FTSE notice released on 22 December 2016 in relation to Banco Popolare (Italy): Merger
with Banca Popolare di Milano (Italy), the number of shares for Banco BPM (Italy, BYMD5K9) should have
read 1,515,167,911 in the FTSE MIB Index and not 1,511,440,892 as previously announced.
