Raigi, société Française créée en 1971, réalise un CA de l’ordre de 11M e
et propose son expertise dans le domaine des polymères. Ses 2 sites
de production basés à 80 km au sud de Paris ainsi qu’en Tunisie comptent
110 personnes.

1. Département Formulation :
1. The Formulation Department:
Raigi can provide its customers with products from its catalogue or,
if required, create specific formulae.
Such epoxy and polyurethane systems are used in our customers’
manufacturing processes. They have a wide range of applications, from
overmoulding of electronic components for automobiles to the positioning
of joints during manufacture of lamps.
Raigi offre à ses clients les matières issues de son catalogue ou,
si besoin, élabore des formules spécifiques.
Ces systèmes époxy ou polyuréthane sont utilisés dans les process de
fabrication de nos clients. Les applications sont très diversifiées et vont du
surmoulage de composants électroniques pour l’automobile à la dépose de
joints lors de la fabrication de luminaires.
2. Département Transformation :
Propose des pièces techniques qui intègrent du design et de la
fonction par 2 modes de transformation :
a) Rotomoulage
Réalisation de corps creux, moussés ou pas pour des applications
nécessitant généralement une bonne résistance aux chocs tels que des
réservoirs, conteneurs, planches de bord, etc.
b) Moulage (ou surmoulage)
Nos Polymères ou Polyuréthanes sont rigides ou souples, avec ou sans
effet de peau. Ils sont utilisés dans les métiers de l’ameublement, du
médical ou du transport pour réaliser des capotages, tableaux de bord,
insonorisants, sièges et éléments de confort, etc.
Raigi propose notamment des commodos, switchs, bouchons de
réservoir, etc.
Ces produits sont directement complémentaires à notre fabrication de
volants pour véhicule sans permis, bus, etc.

2. The Processing Department:
Produces technical parts combining design and functionality using
2 processing methods:
a) Rotomoulding
Creation of hollow bodies, foamed or otherwise, for applications generally
requiring good shock-resistance, such as tanks, containers and dashboards.
b) Moulding (or overmoulding)
Our Polymers and Polyurethanes are rigid or flexible, with or without skin
effect. They are used in the furnishing, medical and transport sectors
for creation of cowling, dashboards, soundproofing, seats and comfort
features, etc.
3. The Trade Department:
Among other products, Raigi produces stalk switches, switches and fuel
tank caps.
Such products are directly complementary to our manufacture of steering
wheels for licence-free vehicles, buses, etc.

Das 1971 gegründete französische Unternehmen Raigi erwirtschaftet
einen Umsatz von rund 11 Millionen Euro und vermittelt Fachwissen auf
dem Gebiet der Polymere. Die beiden Fabrikationsstandorte 80km
südlich von Paris und in Tunesien zählen 110 Mitarbeiter.

Dank seines integrierten Forschungs- und Entwicklungslabors verfügt
Raigi über die folgenden Abteilungen:
1. Reparto Formulazione
Raigi offre ai propri clienti le materie provenienti dal proprio catalogo o,
se necessario, elabora formule specifiche.
I suoi sistemi resina epossidica o poliuretano sono usati nei processi
di fabbricazione dei nostri clienti. Le applicazioni sono molto diversificate
e vanno dal sovrastampaggio di componenti elettronici per il settore
automobilistico alla posa di guarnizioni durante la fabbricazione di
apparecchi d’illuminazione.
2. Reparto Trasformazione
Propone pezzi tecnici che integrano design e funzioni mediante 2 modi
di trasformazione:
a) Rotostampaggio
Realizzazione di corpi cavi, schiumati o meno per applicazioni che richiedono
generalmente una buona resistenza agli urti come serbatoi, contenitori,
cruscotti, ecc…
1. Abteilung Marktformulierung:
Raigi bietet dem Kunden Katalogware und entwickelt bei Bedarf auch
spezifische Formeln.
Diese Epoxy- oder Polyurethansysteme werden in den Herstellungsprozessen
unserer Kunden verwendet. Die Anwendungen sind vielseitig und erstrecken
sich vom Abformen vom Gussstück bei elektronischen Komponenten für
Automobile bis hin zum Entfernen von Dichtungen bei der Herstellung von
Leuchten.
2. Abteilung Transformation:
Bietet technische Teile mit 2 Arten von design- und funktionsorientierter
Umwandlung an:
a) Rotationsguss
Herstellung von geschäumten oder ungeschäumten Hohlkörpern für
schockresistente Anwendungen wie Behälter, Container, Armaturenbretter usw.
b) Stampaggio (o sovrastampaggio)
I nostri polimeri o poliuretani sono rigidi o flessibili con o senza effetto
di pelle. Sono usati nei settori dell’arredamento, medico o del trasporto
per realizzare cappottamenti, prodotti insonorizzanti, sedili ed elementi di
comfort, ecc…
b) Abgüsse (oder Abformen vom Gussstück)
Unsere Polymere oder Polyurethane sind erhältlich in steif oder weich,
mit oder ohne Skineffekt. Verwendet werden sie in Möbelbau, Medizin
und Transport bei die Herstellung von Verkleidungen, Armaturenbrettern,
Schalldämpfern, Komfortsitzen und -elementen usw.
3. Reparto Commercio
Raigi propone, tra l’altro, unità di controllo, switch, tappi di serbatoio, ecc…
Questi prodotti completano la nostra produzione di volanti per veicoli senza
patente, autobus, ecc…
3. Abteilung Handel:
Raigi bietet insbesondere Schaltvorrichtungen, Switches, Tankdeckel usw. an.
Die Produkte lassen sich ergänzen mit unseren Lenkrädern für nicht
führerscheinpflichtige Fahrzeuge, Busse usw.
