Tutti gli elementi sono dati a noleggio, il materiale fornito viene usato normalmente più volte l’anno e pertanto non si presenta
necessariamente come nuovo.
Il pannello graficato è nuovo e rimane di proprietà del cliente, se ne fa espressa richiesta all’ordine.
Il locatario si impegna a restituire i beni locati nello stesso stato in cui li ha ricevuti. Eventuali difetti devono essere segnalati al
momento dell’inizio della locazione.
Il locatario, nel periodo della locazione (dalla consegna al ritiro), è responsabile per il danneggiamento e l’eventuale furto dei
beni locati e quindi obbligato al risarcimento del danno.
La disponibilità dei materiali è soggetta a variazioni in funzione delle richieste pervenute.
Qualora elementi ordinati non siano più disponibili sarà nostra premura avvisare il locatario e proporre articoli alternativi e
similari.
I termini di pagamento sono inderogabilmente quelli previsti nel modulo d’ordine.
La fattura verrà inviata esclusivamente a mezzo di posta elettronica.
Il locatore declina ogni responsabilità derivante da danni a persone o cose procurati dai beni ceduti a noleggio.

All the elements are given for hire, The material provided is normally used several times and therefore does not necessarily be
presented as new.
The designed panel is new and remain property of the Client as explicity written in the order.
The renter agrees to return the leased assets in the same condition you received them. Any defects must be brought to our
attention at the beginning of the lease.
The lessee, during the lease period (from delivery to the material withdraw) will be responsible for any damage or theft of the
leased assets and then obliged to pay in case of damages.
The materials availability will depend on the quantity of requests received.
If items ordered are no longer available, we will notify it to the lessee and alternative or similar items will be proposed.
Doors, furniture, glass display cases or all other elements provided with lock are NOT burglar-proof; the lessor accept any
responsibility for items placed under lock and key.
The terms of payment are mandatorily the ones mentioned in the order form.
The invoice will be sent exclusively by e-mail.
Transport costs are not included and will be charged to the renter, unless otherwise indicated.
The owner accepts no liability for damage to persons or property procured by goods supplied to rental.
