R. Tarchi Assitant Professor, Chair of Comparative Legal Systems at the University of Pisa. I work with
him and I lecture on the Indian System, Belgium and the Scottish Devolution . I am a member of the
Exams Commission (in Italy the exams are oral), I supervise thesis about the U.K. and federal
systems.
For the Academic year 2012-2013 I have organised two seminars on U.K. Constitutional System
having two distinguished lectures by Prof. P. Leyland (London Metropolitan University) and by Prof. M.
Keating (Aberdeen University).
I am also involved in a Prin on Executive normative powers at the Age of Crisis. I have drafted reports
on different countries and I am monitoring the Italian decree-law production during Monti and Letta
Premierships.
