Ventosa da sollevamento

• Funzionante con pompa del vuoto a bordo.
• Portata in Kg verticale/orizzontale.
• Piastre e contropiastre in acciaio inox.
• Supporti con posizionatore rapido.
• Vuoto comandato con valvola a corsoio in alluminio
anodizzato con blocco in posizione di presa.
• Vuotometro con cassa in acciaio inox riempita con olio di
glicerina. Il quadrante in tre colori (rosso, giallo e verde)
per identificare velocemente il corretto grado di vuoto.
• Serbatoio di accumulo vuoto costruito in alluminio.
• Rotazione manuale 0°- 90° del pezzo.
• Allarme elettronico “acustico e luminoso” funzionante
in maniera autonoma con pacco batteria (come previsto
dalla direttiva macchine CE).
• Pannello solare per ricarica allarme elettronico.

* “Luminous and acoustic” electronic alarm-system, working
independently with battery pack (as required EC Machinery
Directive).

VENTOSE DA SOLLEVAMENTO SERIE ELEKTRA
Le ventose ELEKTRA si differenziano dalla serie AIRpower per il tipo di alimentazione
necessaria al loro funzionamento.
Infatti a differenza della serie AIRpower, che come energia attiva usa l’aria compressa, la
serie ELEKTRA viene alimentata dal vuoto creato da pompe del vuoto elettriche.
Questo ci permette di utilizzare le ventose la dove non vi è presenza di aria compressa,
cantieri edili, carriponte, zone di lavoro esterne ai capannoni e a bordo di macchine operatrici (carrelli, elevatori, bobcat, escavatori, ecc.)
La serie ELEKTRA viene costruita in due versioni:
1. TOP - Costruite con materiali di altissima qualità e con soluzioni tecniche costruttive
all’avanguardia si collocano su una fascia alta di mercato avendo anche conseguentemente un prezzo superiore alla maggioranza di quelle presenti sul mercato
2. BASIC - Costruita con materiali meno pregiati per offrire un prezzo più aggressivo,
mantenendo gli standard di sicurezza della linea top
Possono essere alimentate con tre diverse tensioni:
• tensione 230V 50-­60 Hz Monofase
• tensione 400V 50-­60 Hz Trifase
• tensione 12V DC (corrente continua)
Interessante è l’alimentazione 12V DC che permette l’utilizzo delle nostre ventose su
tutte le macchine operatrici semoventi.
VACUUM SUCTION CUPS ELEKTRA LINE
ELEKTRA suckers differ from AIRpower suckers in the type of power necessary to
operate them.
Unlike AIRpower, suckers, which as active energy use compressed air, ELEKTRA
suckers are powered by a vacuum created by electric vacuum pumps.
This means the suckers can be used where no compressed air is available: construction sites, overhead travelling cranes, outside work areas and on-­board operating
machines (lift trucks, bobcats, excavators, etc.).
ELEKTRA suckers come in two versions::
1. TOP - Made using the highest quality materials and with the leading-­edge design
solutions. These are positioned in a top market segment and consequently have
prices that are greater than most of the suckers on the market.
2. BASIC - These are made of less costly materials in order to have a more competitive price. They continue to offer the same safety standards as the TOP line and
can be powered at three different voltage levels:

• tension 230V 50-­60 Hz Single Phase
• tension 400V 50-­60 Hz Three Phases
• tension 12V DC
12V DC power supply is interesting because this means our suckers can be used
on all types of self-­propelled operating machines.
